Hi this is actually a question for my mother. She recently bought a bowflex because she feels uncomfortable in a gym. (which is very understandable with some of the guys in a gym.) her stats are

age 47
height 5'5"
weight ~115-120
body fat in the teens

she has a nice back and arms
her biggest concern is her abs, legs, and glutes

can anyone suggest a routine for her on the bowflex or an outside activity like running etc.

She could do a split routine:

Monday
Chest
Shoulders
Abs

Tuesday
Cardio

Wednesday
Legs
Calves

Thursday
Cardio

Friday
Back
Arms
Abs

Saturday
Cardio

Sunday
off

That's just what I do, others can give examples too.
