He is leaving the country for 2 months and gave me his stash.
This is what he recommends (novice BB) (this is a combo of His stuff and mine)
4:15 am wake up
l-arginine 1500mg
L-ornithine 1000mg

5:00am gym
6:00am post workout

Diet and exercise seems to be good. In 1.5 years went from 165lb to 175lb and form 34in waist to 32 in waist. I am 40.
I am adding all the aminos and creatine from my nephew. If it was not free I would not try this. But if it works......

I would take the A-O-L plus the Creatine pre workout with some sort of sweet liquid or juice to spike your insulin and lots of H20. I would scrub the coffee because it is a diuretic and will tend to strip the supplements, or go to decaf in the morning, I did a month ago and noticed the difference with the Creatine uptake in about 1 week and i don't miss the caffeine in the morning now either.

I also think you could get away with less maintenance dosage of Creatine if you loaded maybe around 5 gr, I'm 205 and use 7 gr. Some people have better uptake than others. If you take it in a warm liquid it will absorb better and don't let it stand for more than 15 min or it's useless as it starts to convert as soon as it gets damp.

The after workout Protein is good with the Glutamine. I'm sure others will have other advice for you, in the end it's what works for your body.

I would drop the coffee as well, as stated in previous post. I'd replace it with a 20g protein shake.

Mix 50 gr of dextrose with your A-O-L and Creatine. That will wake you up faster than a cup of coffee.

50g Dex
5g creatine
Lots of water

? so no creatine after workout.
Just

I am a great believer in the use of supplimental Ornathine and Arginine. Here is the However....taken a bedtime in much larger amounts these two aminos will stimulate the secretion of HGH during REM sleep. Also raises nicotinic acid for those men who enjoy a "morner"..or if your lady is no where to be found...a good pole vault outta bed. I have no idea what they can do for you preworkout. I am open to learn. In the evening about 6 gm Arginine, 3 gm Ornathine, 1 gm Lysine if you tend to get herpes from the Arginine, and 200 mg. B-6.

To further stir things up (sorry)....had my two cups of strong coffee this morning...30 gm whey protein and off to the gym at 4:30 am. I've been doing that for 25 years non stop with rather good success health wise, size wise and trophy wise. I welcome anyone half my age to come follow me around the gym. And trust me...it's not genetics.

You only have to take the Creatine pre workout. I forgot to say that if you want your mix to taste better, mix a package of unsweetened KoolAid into the dry dextrose package.

I have a friend that follows the same A-O-L mix at bedtime as Baldsnake and swears by it.

Coffee pre workout is a personal thing, in the end it's what works for us individually. Different people have differing reactions to caffeine. Personally I've noticed that if I have coffee pre workout I have to pee more, the diuretic effect, and thus dehydrate me. Since I changed to decaf I have noticed a big difference in Creatine uptake. I might add that darker roast coffees have less caffeine in general than lighter roasts and that Espresso has about 1/2 the caffeine as drip, 100 instead of 175 mg. So if you have to have caffeine in the morning you are better stopping in and getting an Americano.
