very good workout, but also a bed one.
first thingy about suit matters :
suit i bought seems to be a bit loose. see i could put it on alone and withing 5 minutes. i'll wash it tonight.
anyway, it doesn't quite bother me because i don't want to rely too much on the suits. So this suit will do what it's supposed to do. protect me and provide LITTLE support.
SQ :
350*1
375*1
350 went easy as ****. i went down to well below par, until the other one said i could go up. then i squatted up like there was NO weight.
375 same friggin' thing.
450 is well withing reach.
BE :
255*1/3
easy. nice long pause, no problem.

here's where the **** happens.
even tho' the suit was loose. it was way too tight for ME to get into a proper deadlifting position. that meant i couldn't really bend properly and keep my back straight like usually. that means i pulled 350 with the worst form ever. i know i was tired from the bench and squat but heck...
anyway, i tried 375 : didn't go higher then 3 inches.
tried without a suit : it was a no lift. i was too tired.
But they told me to get that marathon. since i was looser in it, it would help me a lot more in my deadlift.
anyway... you can't have everything in life... but i can assure you i will have this mofo bar. keep looking at the ceeling and ****ing pull that mother****ing barbell
**** **** that kinda pissed me off...
but i will have it. i pulled 350 thursday like it was nothing. that bitch won't have me.
