for your help......
I've read all sorts of things about the week of contest. 3 days deplete/3 days load....I get that, I get the water intake, think I have the sodium down too......I am in desperate need of help with understanding the loading phase though. Carb wise. Do I start the three days with the most carbs and then go down every day or do I start with lower end spectrum and go up in carbs for three days. And then my 2nd HUGE thought is.....what is my protein intake supposed to look like for those three days. How am I supposed to not go over specific calories and make sure I get in all the carbs and protein? I am doing my test week for up coming contest this week and I am completely lost.......any help would be much appreciated and would help keep me focused on the goal, because it is frustrating the heck out of me right about now!!!!!!!!! So much info and I am taking in what works for ME, but I'm finding no info about what protein intake is for the 3 day load phase......AUGHHHHHHHH!
