Okay. I got home. I ate. 30minutes later, I did DE.

Speed box squats- 45x10
65x10
10 sets of 85x2

Okay. This went well.

Pull throughs- 2 sets of 120lbsx8
1 set of 110x8
1 set of 100x8

Hmm. 10lb PR. But my god these were exhausting! I was breathing so hard. :D

Wide grip pull ups- 5lbs+belt+bike lock+Body weight for 8 reps
2 1/2lbs+belt+bike lock+Body weight for 8 reps
Bodyweight for 8 reps

2 and a half pound PR. Woohoo....

Shrugs - 2 sets of 155x8
1 set of 135x8

10lb PR. My grip is being worked too! :D hmm, my traps aren't too strong....

Weighted sit ups

3 sets of 20lbsx10 reps

i was fine. Maybe I could have done 2 1/2lbs more......

Question!!------> How come for a few hours after DE Squat my quadriceps feel soreful when I flex them(like the bodybuilding pose where you flex your abs and quads) but my hams and glutes don't feel like this, AND I sit BACK? Weird......

:D Lol. Tomorrow is ME Bench. I'm planning on getting a 150lb floor press. Last time I got it up half way, so I'm pretty confident. Then its up to board press for ME for the next 2 weeks. Now I'm floor pressing what I used to board press! :D

I just hope I get a 10lb PR on board presses, because my floor press got a 10lb PR, so, you get it. :p
