Whats the best type of cardio to do when cutting? I read what Layne had to say, and he said 45 minutes of low intensity cardio (aka walking) 3 days a week was what he did. I've read on other sites and from other writers that moderate intensity for 30 - 45 mins is the best way to go...

I understand the whole diet thing, but am a little confused as to what the best cardio is to do to really cut up.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The idea is that you are supposed to do lower intensity for a longer period instead of higher for shorter. This is supposed to burn more cals. The say this because common since says you can sustain a lower instensity event longer than a higher intensity therefore the lower is more beneficial. I'll tell that my personal favorite cardio is Tae-bo. I always do that to lose the fat/
