I want to add a supplement/enhancer to my protien diet to help with the body fat. I already take 5g of creatine twice daily and a multi v but i was wondering if anyone knew anything about women and 1,4AD or 1AD? i have taken hydroxycut in the past and did some reading on Hydroxadrine any advice?
Fist of all, Hydroxycut and 1AD are two completely separate supplements. Hydroxycut is a thermogenic, used for fat burning. 1AD is a testosterone booster... used to get stronger and therefore be able to lift heavier and add muscle mass. If you are just looking for a fat burner, you certainly don't want 1AD. 1AD has masculizing effects on women, like steriods - voice change, acne on the back and shoulders, mood swings, enlargement of parts, wacky periods and you could experience more than normal hair shedding. Do not take 1AD as specified (for men) on the bottle. Depending on your size adn weight, the cycle should only be about 3 weeks. One or two a day. The more you take, the more you stand to experience the adverse side effects.

Thank you. i posed the question wrong. i understand the difference between the fat burners like hydroxycut and the testosterone boosters. i was wondering if you should take both of them? and if anyone knows anything about hydroxadrine vs. hydroxycut. i did some reading about the testosterone boosters this weekend and i don't think i'm ready for them. i'm 5'8 135lbs have not tested my bf yet but i would guess it's around 19%, i am attempting to do my first competion in june. i think i'll just stick to creatine, glutimine. multi v's, and i think i'll try the hydroxadrine as well. the low carb diet makes me moody enough :) and my periods are already wacked. the creatine seems to be working i've noticed great results.

just to let you know the moodiness and fatigue will go away after about 2 weeks. Low carb is the way to go to lose body fat. I do thermogenics as well during it but have never found anything as effective as "cutting"

i feel tons better already. the mood swings have pretty much gone away and i'm feeling pretty strong. no mid day bonks either. just started the hydroxadrine last week 4 a day seems fine but i think i'm going to bump to 6 a day this week. my comp is not until june so i won't be cutting for a while yet. is there anything you can recommend? i have never "cut" before. how far out do i need to do this? 6 weeks? 12?
