I wouldn't even know where to begin competing! I would like to see how the next few months go with my training. I have only been training for 3 months now, after I have been training a while longer and see what I have to work with I would consider it. I need to work on my legs and glutes quite a bit. Thanks for the nice comment! its really appriciated!!

You look great for only 3 months of training! We seem to have the same build from the pictures that you posted. HOw much cardio do you do in a week? How long to you go for? I have been training for 3 months and I look NOTHING like you girl! (I.E- the bootay) Fill me in on your secrets! Also, what does yhour diet look like!

Good to see a fellow Carolinian on here! I'm in Greenville/spartanbrug SC. Anyways, My butt has actually gotten bigger since I started working out. I did a lot of reasearch in to the matter and decided to bodybuild as opposed to "just being fit". My diet is extremely clean! I drink protien twice a day and get flax seed (shown to promote fat loss), glutamine to keep from being catabolic, creatine, and a muli-vitamin. I was an arobics instructor before I decided to bodybuild. I make sure to eat a lot of chicken and i use a bag of veggies with some butterbuds to snack on. One day a week I allow myself to splurge (within reason) and make sure to eat one candy bar a week to keep chocolate cravings away. When I do cardio I play tennis, run-jog, and to step arobics. I will be posting some more pics after I have finished my 12 weeks of bulking and started cutting so you can see. I'm also 36 years old and have had 2 children. All I can say is dedication and knowledge are very very important. I don't do a specific diet (atkins, weight watchers) because they incourage you cut one thing out of your diet such as fat or carbs. Both are fuel sources your body needs! So I cut small amounts of each out of my diet in order to help keep the weight off when I'm done dieting! If anyone else has any questions or suggestions, please let me know!!
