Hey all,
So here's the deal. I'm a pretty serious athlete. But I keep getting fat as hell. I played linebacker in college. I'm 5'9 200lbs; bench 225 12-15reps/3 sets squat 225 20reps/3 sets on a consistant basis. I can still run a high 4.6/ low 4.7 all the time. But I'm getting fat! Why the hell am I still able to do this stuff but getting fat?
here's what I take:
First thing in the morning:
50 Gram protein shake (ON) and oatmeal, some fish seed oil
Pre work out
Mix it up super charge or superpump250
Gakic
Leukic
Post workout
more super charge and some lipo 6 before meal.
then during day I'll take animal pack and animal flex for relief and recovery
What am I to do? I figure I should be much happier and better feeling around 185lbs.
(actual workout consists of 45-60 mins cardio. keeping heart rate around 135-150 bpm; then 30-40mins of the INTENSE weights)
Any real lifters have any advice for me on how to loose fat without suffering the pain in the weight room as well as the dramatic muscle loss??? I really need help, I feel like help. Serious advice only please!
