What's up all.. Haven't been on the boards in awhile but here goes. This may be a bit premature because I'll probably wait till the week after xmas but I'm hoping a log will help keep me on track.
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 186lbs
BF%: ~18%
Background: Been lifting on and off for years. Got in my best shape in 05 using BodyOpus. Blew my shoulder out benching which led to time off which led to me being lazy. Have been sporadically in the gym/dieting for the past year but I'm ready to do this right....finally.
Goal: No weight goals set..The mirror will let me know when I'm there.
This is what I have planned for my first day/weeks macros:

As I remember with BO, the hardest part for me was keeping the fat high enough while keeping the protein in range.
Monday Workout:
Decline Bench
Seated Row
Incline bench
Latpulldown
Flys
Shrugs
Bentover Flys
SLDL
Upright Rows
Various abs
any and all comments welcomed.
