Sorry guys but maybe you should just bite the bullet and hire someone who knows what they're doing.
You have a ton of strategic considerations to think of before you even get down to making your ads.
What category are you going to compete in? How is this going to differentiate you from the 10 000 other bodybuilding sites/sellers? How do you define your target? What is your brand promise? What is your concept? What is your identity?
IMO there is little about BB.com that makes it a brand. If you're going to compete with the big fellas, you need to develop a strong brand first and then build that into your advertising.
