I am 5,5 and weight 164 pounds. My goal is to reach 130-135 pounds. I am 25 and in desperate need of help. I had a baby nine months ago and It has been two months since I started to exercise and watch my eating. I am not breastfeeding anymore.
We recently bought an exercise bike and have been doing it twice a day for 40min and burn approx 1100 calories. I eat three times a day and have a snack of yogurt or fruit two hours after each meal and I don't eat pass 6:00 pm. I want to loose fat before I step into a gym to tone up. I wanna know if I am doing too much and should I alternate my biking with other exercises or should I keep going with what I am doing?
I am also taking proenzi99 with ephadrine

I have lost 11 pounds since August 10 and now it seems like I can't get past 164. Please help me!!!! I would really appreciate it.

I'm not sure if you are already doing this, but perhaps you haven't bumped down your calories since you lost the 11 pounds.

If you are dieting you must constantly re-adjust your caloric intake to make the losses/gains you wish to acheive. A basic diet consists of about 15 calories to maintain weight per pound, 20-25 to grow. I have found that if the person wants to lose weight to stay around 11-14 calories a pound. Of course everyone is different but this is a general model I have found to work for people.

Truthfully, I would say head on over to the gym, here's why. Muscle will use more calories than fat. So if you start to weight train, you will start to increase the muscle that will aid in the burning of the extra fat you have. Another thing I would do is not use the scales that much, mainly because muscle weighs more that fat. Take some measurements and use them as a starting point. You could use dress size as one of your measurement.. also just use the mirror and give yourself an honest look. Hope that helps... Also good job on the first steps toward a new you.
