View Full Version : Regarding weight gainers

Hey guys, I purchased some weight gainer the other day to up my calorie in take. To put it short, I'm aiming to eat 2500 calories a day to help with my gains. However, eating 2500 calories is pretty hard for me, so I went out and bought a thing of weight gainer to help me. My question is simple, does weight gainer work? If so, can anyone here recommend a good brand? Or, if you have any suggestions regarding calorie in-takes via supplements that would be great too.

I'm very new to this, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

cyto gainer is one of the better weight gainers...i used it and gained 10 decent pounds from it... most people will tell you on this board to make your own weight gainer that works good and is much much cheaper then any other gainer not sure what it is off hand but look it up under the search if your interested

since you already got one, try to take it b4 and after your workouts

next time do a homeade one, theyr healthier and cheaper

-2 cups milk
-2 scoops whey
-cup of oats
-tbspn of natty pb
-any fruits u want
-some ice cubes

same cals and protein as a weight gainer, just 10x more healthy....less sugar and good carbs.

but some popular weight gainers are
-n large 2
-muscle milk
-real gains

this is not as known but it could be used as a weight gainer, its healthier and it tastes good 2
