So, I started my cycle when the Havoc got here, so DAY 1. Below is what I plan on taking. I didn't get the Sesamin, Taurine and Potassium because I figured I could just go and pick them up. Well apparently, Sesamin isn't that easy to find so I'm having to order that.
Week 1 (days 1-3): 10 mg
Week 1 (days 4-7): 20 mg
Week 2: 20 mg
Week 3: 30 mg
Week 4: 30 mg
All throughout cycle -
ThermoLife Liver Longer : 2 caps
Anabolic Innovations Cycle support : 2 scoops
Sesamin : 1g
Taurine : 2-3g
Potassium : 1+ g/day
Cissus Quadrangularis : 2+ g/ day
USP Tamoxifen Citrate 40mg week 1, 20mg week 2, 10mg week 3
Thermolife EBOL - 6 capsules x 4 weeks
Designer Supplements Lean Extreme - 3 Capsules x 4 weeks
Anabolic Innovations Cycle support : 1 scoop x 4 weeks
Basic measurements were 231 lbs, 17" rt arm
I'm doing this for myself to keep track, but if it helps anyone out, then that's great.

Didn't get Havoc until 4pm, but worked out around 12:15.
Chest & tri's (light on tri's because I popped my right tri 2 weeks ago. It's about 70%)
Warm up then:
BB BP: 15 x bar, 10 x 135, 8 x 225, 7 x 245, 4-5 x 275
Incline BP: 9 x 185, 8 x 205, 6-7 x 215
Seated machine dips(first time I'd used this machine, so learning the weights): 15 x 150, 10 x 210, 10 x 220
Cable Crossovers: 9 x 60, 9 x 60, 9 x 60
Skull Crush superset with CG BP: 15x60/10x60, 12x80/10x80, 10x80/9x80, 8x90/8x90, 7x90/4x90 (usually worksets have been 100 or 110 lbs)
Pushdowns: 140x10, 150 x 10, 160 x 9
weighted drop Bench Dips (tried to do 21's, but right arm couldn't) : 7x90/ 6x45/4 x bodyweight, 12x45
Took Havoc 2 hours after working out. 45 minutes after taking, felt fuzzy or like I was lightly buzzing. I don't know, I'm 231 and 10mg shouldn't be enough for me to feel, so may have just been in my head, lol. We'll see where this things goes. First time doing any ph or aas.

Looking forward to reading, I'm positive you'll be impressed. I wouldn't waste my time or money ordering Sesamin or taurine or what not. You have enough support supps. More than most, and even I ran or would run :P Gluck!

Bent over delt lifts(or wahtever they're called) - 8x25, 8x30, 8x35

Reverse Grip Pulley curls - 10x110, 8x120, 7-8x120
Seated DB Curls - 9x35, 8x35, 8x35
No real pumps or anything.

How the heck are you back in the gym so fast and on a PH if you popped your tri 2 weeks ago?!
Good call on the cissus, more people need to take that while on cycle.

It wasn't a tear, I just felt it pop. It's gettin better and I'm assuming it was just a weird pull. I had done chest first and had done 2 warm up super sets with skull crushers and cg bp. Then my first set with 110, my 3rd rep I just felt it pop deep inside. Was really weird. I couldn't even do a 1 arm pulldown with 10lbs later.
Cissus tastes like absolute s**t though, ugh. I'll let you know about the Taurine. Thanks.

Did shoulders today at lunch, am going on vacation and just did shoulders Friday but wanted to get in and knock them out.
Seated DB Press: 12x50, 10x70, 9x85, 7-8x90, 11x70 (pinched something in neck, weird)
BB upright row: 7x105 (stopped due to neck)
DB lateral lifts : 9x25, 8x30, 8x30
incline front bb lift : 9xbar, 8x 55, 8x55
Done. Nothing different about strength than usual. Will take next day off.

Never probably, lol. Nothing impressive.
Anyway, Went up to 20 mg yesterday while traveling. took one in morning and one in afternoon. Didn't feel anything out of the ordinary.
Got to vacation today. Trying really hard to eat enough and am definately drinking enough water. Killed 2 gallons yesterday and about a gallon and a half today. May be a little short in the calorie dept cause we've been travelin, but went shoppin tonight and should be good to go for the rest of the time here.
Anyway, took 10mg this morning and then took 10mg tonight about an hour before i went to the gym. Was too late to do legs, so just did some forearms and checked out the gym and went to the grocery store.
I've never had pumps like this. Was crazy. Forearms felt like they were gonna pop and my veins were fuller than they've ever been. not even close. I can't wait to do legs tomorrow.
Downside so far. Right now my back is freaking killin me. Feels like it's just pulsing, boom boom boom. I can feel it talkin to me, lol.
I'll post how legs go tomorrow.

This is for yesterday, Thursday.
Back pumps are a MOTHER. Anyone thinking of doing this, be wary of these. They are a bitch. I went to 20 mg on Tuesday and Wednesday night and all yesterday, my back just throbbed. Not as bad today. I think it's because I'm focusing on taking a G of Taurine, 3 times a day. Highly recommend to anyone doing this to take 2-3G of taurine maybe even a day or 2 before their cycle starts then continue throughout.
Anyway, no other real changes so far except in the mirror. I honestly feel like things are looking tighter and maybe a bit larger/more pronounced.
Anyway, am on vacation and am eating well considering. Went to the gym here and I think it kinda blows. Not used to their stuff. Like their cambered barbells have square sides instead of being all round. It was forcing my hands down to the middle on skull crushers.
Did chest and tri's and maybe felt just a little less energy than usual although felt like I pushed through the weight easier later on in the sets. Definately a tad stronger is what that means to me.
Was supposed to do legs but with these back pumps, i'm skippin legs for a bit. will do bi's today and maybe back.

Did back and bi's tonight. Did I mention that I hate this gym? lol
Am feeling those pumps that everyone talks about in my muscles. Everything feels full. Definately I can see a little difference in mirror. Everything seems tighter.
Back pumps are coming and going. It's like I've pulled something and then sometimes I move the wrong way and it almost takes teh wind out of me, it's crazy. I'm 235lbs and I'm only taking 20mg a day. Seems like that amount shouldn't cause those problems in me. I have had back problems since I was 17, so maybe it has something to do with that. I don't know.

Did shoulders today. Felt pretty dead, don't know if it has anything to do with Havoc or not. On vacation and have an 8 month old that I'm chasing around, so that probably has a ton to do with it.
I think i'm just going to give general updates on things. I've given my upper body weights and my starting body weight. I think I'm gonna wait until cycle is done to put those numbers up again and then again at the end of PCT.
Again though, I can't stress enough about back pumps. Make sure to get taurine and take 2-3G a day. It really seems to help.

Still trying to eat the best I can. I'm getting only 5 meals in a day, but I'm on vacation so I'm doing ok.
Did legs today, not crazy heavy as it's the first tiem doin them in a couple weeks. Took off because of the back pumps which are pretty much gone. I'm taking at least 3g taurine a day now, so I think that's why they're gone.
One thing I noticed is a little discomfort or tingling in my left forearm. I have shoulder impingement in that shoulder and it bothers me sometimes and I think it may be from that, but not sure. I'm kinda paranoid about health and stuff and can't imagine it being anything like cholesterol has shot up or anything.
Anyway, i'm trying to eat a good amount but will be home this weekend and I'll be able to get up to 6-7 meals a day once back home and will start 30mg on Saturday. I'm taking everything on my list except sesamin which I thought I'd be able to get at a GNC type place but can't find. I'm ordering it so I get it next week though.
i'm not gonna give weight updates until I'm done with my cycle. I'm not even weighing myself until then. Just eating a ton and gauging it by my lifts and how I look in the mirror.
Tomorrow is off and will try to workout Wednesday and update.

This post is for yesterday, the 26th. I worked out and then left to go home from vacation. I feel like all things being considered, I did pretty good on vacation. Didn't eat like I would ahve at home, but did pretty well and stayed ok.
OK. Did chest and tri's today.
Chest was nothing impressive. Actually kind of disappointed with my energy in the gym and with what i'm able to lift. My incline is down a bit from last time as is my flat bench. All weird.
Did my tri's and on my second work set (I do 2 warm up sets that superset skull crush and cg bp), 3rd rep I pulled that f***ing tri again. I can't f'ing believe it. I did:
12x70 skull crush then immediately 12x70 cg bp
10x90 skull crush then immediately 10x90 cg bp
9x100 skull crush then immediately 8x100 cg bp
3x100 skull crush then PING, pulled it.
Driving me freakin nuts. Oh well, I'll give it a week and I guess for a couple months I'm just gonna do high reps, lower weights on tris.
ALSO, started gettting a cold last night. Sore throat and head cold starting today. I'm thining my immune system is a bit down from this stuff so that's why I got it. Overall a little lethargic. 1-10 with say 7 being normally how healthy I feel, I'd say i'm feeling about a 5 lately.
Going home and will work out tomorrow and update.

Now, I'm back home and did back/bi's today.
Glad to be back home but have a head cold and feelin like ****. I've been splittin my 20 mg up into 2 daily servings. 1 in morning and one in afternoon. Didn't take any today on the drive home so took all 20mg an hour before i worked out tonight.
anyway, I wasn't going to do this, but thought I would go ahead and post this info. Today was day 12 on this with 3 days of 10 mg and 9 so far of 20 mg. I am going to 30 mg on Saturday, day 14. Today I measured my right arm since i'm back home. At the start I put 17" but it was actually about 16 7/8". Got home and it was 17 3/16". So that was suprising. I've been eating well considering it was on vacation, but nothing like I'll be doing over these next couple weeks.
Got into the gym and haven't weighed since I started this log almost 2 weeks ago. Got onto my normal scale there. I was 230.8 when I started this. Today, I was 240 on the nose and I have not put on any noticeable fat. I didn't do my bf% before hand, but I can tell I haven't put on anything. Now, I didn't think I'd put on 9 lbs, but I apparently have. I've felt like I look bigger in the mirror, but thought it just may have been my mind.
anyway, did much more on back and than I did before I left and bi's was noticeable more and much more intense.
Felt great in the gym. Very pumped and ready to work out hard. I'm doin shoulders tomorrow and am stoked about that.
It's been about 3 hours since I took the 20mg dose and as I type this, I feel like I'm floating or out of body. Not saying it's a good thing, but I can definately feel something is in my system. Not too sure if I'll like 30 or not, but I'll have to break that up during the day.
I haven't gotten any acne or shedding. Back pumps and weird pumps in my left arm is all I've felt. Oh yeah, my left arm pump during bi's today was crazy. I'm thinking maybe it's because of that injury to that shoulder and maybe this stuff does something with injuries or gets into the blood and goes to those places first or something??? Probably stupid, I don't know. But anyway....
Get your taurine for those that haven't seen me emphasize that enough. Back pumps are a bitch if you're not ready for them boys.

Shoulders today. Felt pretty pumped getting into the gym, but the weights felt heavy. I think it's just because of this damn cold.
Anyway, didn't have my workout partner with me today so I didn't go real big for me on presses. Ended up on my work sets of doing only 75lbs and getting 11-13 reps on overhead db presses. Shoulders felt sore and tired, not crazy strong like back and bi's felt yesterday. Did a good amount of work though and felt a good pump in my shoulders.
Will start 30mg tomorrow. Will break it into at least 2 doses of 10 and 20 but am taking the whole weekend off. My body feels tired and worn down from traveling and the cold and I think I need the rest.

Just got your pm. I was so impressed with havoc that 4 other advanced plers started it. It seems to be hit or miss. 2 of then siad it is the best thing they have ever tried and the other 2 are not impressed. For me it worked better then anadrol at 50mg day. I only took 20-30mg havoc. I felt better then with drol, gained more lean weight and strength. Overall havoc is not as strong as taking 100 mg drol, but havoc might be more toxic. BP was up after 3 weeks

Did legs Monday and felt ok. Have this weird neck injury and I'm not going to push it. Keep aggravating it.
I'm having cramps or light pains like near my side obliques. Don't know if this is my liver or not. If I turn, like if I'm drivign my car and turn to get something out of the back seat, it hurts/cramps hard. If I'm just sitting for a while, it feels like it starts to cramp there, under my rib cage. Any ideas what this is??

Where exactly does it hurt? Is it only on one side? Pain under your right side rib cage MAY indicate liver distress/damage. I'm not saying this IS the case but... did you drink on new years eve or on other recent occasions? I would try to rule out liver problems as fast as possible, don't over react but don't under react either. I wouldn't cut my cycle short because of a pulled muscle or what ever but liver damage is a major big deal and a real concern for ppl who a susceptible. You might consider having your liver values tested just to be sure, (it would be nice to know anyway) if you are able.

I cut the Havoc back to 20 mg a day and I haven't had the issue. Went to the doctor today and am having my blood taken tomorrow morning and will find out what the numbers come back on Monday.
I'm thinking that for the last week, I may just do 30 on leg and chest day if the tests come back fine and do 20 the rest of the week. My gains haven't been crazy or anything, but I can tell a difference definately in the mirror and in my lifts.

Update on everything. I stopped the cycle short and got some bloodwork done. You can find it here:
Those ab cramps and uncomfortable feeling just got me to wonder if it's really worth it and I've stopped. My blood numbers changed a lot too, so it's interesting that people don't feel any sides on this, but my numbers changed a good amount in a short period. I don't drink and didn't drink at all during the cycle. Eat pretty healthy and took all my support supps.
After reading and doing research, sgot and sgpt are released when the liver is stressed or damaged, which as we all know is what happens with this stuff. Here's one link:
It seems that the numbers that I'm showing are normal for this type of use. They say that SGOT for instance will go to 100-220 and will return to normal within 4-12 weeks.
As I haven't used this type stuff before and it's overall not that important to me, I'm choosing to stop. Others will feel differently. I will have my blood done in 2 months again and will make sure that I post it here then.
