I am a 16 year old male and am currently living in Costa Rica. Im in my junior year of highschool and recently decided to take action and get the body I want to boost my confidence as well as improve my sports performance.

-Stats
--Height:5'7
--Wieght:150 -(Chubby)
--BF 15 %

-As you can see I have been doing a little to much partying and not enough exercise.

Routine-

Monday: Chest And Tri
Tuesday: Lower Legs/Abs
Wed: Biceps, Back, Shoulders
Thursday: Upper legs/Abs
Friday: Repeat Monday
Saturday: General Body workout using low wieghts
Sunday: ResT

After each day with the exception of sunday I do 20 minutes of Cardio.

My Daily meals:

-Breakfast-

1. 1 large bowl of "Hunny Bunches of Oats"
2. 1 Banana
3. 1 cup of freshed squeezed orange juice

--Morning Supplemnts
500mg Billberry
500mg Bees Pollen
500mg Vitamin K
500mg Anti Oxidant

Lunch-
Chicken Salad

Preworkout Supplements:
1. 2G L-Glutamine
2. 5g Creatine Monohydrate

Post Workout/Dinner
1. Fried Tofu
2. Egg Noodles

Supplements

1. 2 ZMA Pills
2.1 Protien shake with 3 Bananas and a bowl of strawberries

Notes: I am taking Estimul which is a generic anti-depresent which I take for Social Anxiety.

1. Costa Rica is a very liberal country and teenagers for the most part are able to drink. A typical weekend I will consume about 4 beers. However I have started my detox program which only includes Water and Green Tea so drinking is no longer a factor but for refrence as to my current form.

2. I am know to spark up sometimes on the weekend. Its sad to say but when I do smoke my friends and I can kill 350 Dollars worth of Marijuana in a week. A one night sitting can result in smoking 1/2 Ounce of Commerical or 1/8 of Dro.
--We have made a point to cut back on this as it is affecting our lives in more ways then we had thought. But I want people to know the results of teen bodybuilding and marijuana.

Notes about my Workouts: I cycle my workouts so that every 4 weeks I have a week where I only do low wieghts as to give my muscles a proper rest time while still stimulating them to encourage growth. I also pyramide every exercise I do in order to maxamize growth. I cyle My creatine so that every month I have a week without it.

-I have been doing quite a bit of reading over the past week and am excited to start my new plan and take working out to the next level. I look forward to hearing your comments and hope this benefits people in some way.

Well today at school I had three teachers comment on my imporvement in muscle size and I was asked by my chem teacher if I was taking steroids. This made me very happy that the gym is paying off. I bought some NO-Xplode tonight at the mall so I will keep you posted on how it works. I took some tonight as a test to see how much I need for gym and how well it works. Let me tell you I have more energy then I have had in a LONG time. I can barely keep still and I just want to work my muscles so bad. This stuff is amazing Im excited to see how it works tomamrow tih biceps.

So here are the results and feelings for this week.

Wed: I had a half day at school and hit the gym alone hwen all my friends went out. I took my NO-Xplode for the first time and I was cranked up at the gym. I just felt like I was gonna tear stuff apart unless I was lifting weights. It was an amazing feeling and made my bicep workout very intense. I was able to push myself farther and harder. I was curling 70lb (struggling) and a sold 65lb. I also had back which was amazing and it just seemed like my workout was more complete and I could feel my muscles working.

-I was so tired when the NO-Xplode wore off and feel asleep at 3:00 and woke back up around 7:00 PM. I did some HW and fell back asleep at 9:00 and had some wierd ass dreams (ZMA) Haha- I wake up sweating alot becasue my dreams are so intense.

-Thursday was my chest day. I didnt pack enough NO-Xplode as I wanted becasue I planned on doing cardio (I had a huge brain fart) I took about 1 scope of the NO-Xlope and just tore up the bench press. My friend who started working out with me is stuck at 25 while my tip plateu is at 45 on each side and the 45 bar which is around 130. Not that much but for a chubby weak kid I am impressed with myself. I did notice that the NO-Xplode Pump up feeling wore off much quicker (possibly the low amount). It was a great workout and I treated myself to a gym made protien shake (when I have a good workout I will buy a shake at the gym instead of going home and making it). I was really proud of my advancemnts.

-Friday was my tricep and shoulder day. When most of my friends go out drinking my 2 buddies and I hit the gym up. I took three scoops of NO-Xplode and was jacked up. I did some inverted grip bench presses and just felt my triceps exploding. Was a great feeling. After I did my pull downs my body was acting up and I could not feel any exercise accualy working my triceps. I decided to do shoulders which seemed fine and was a perfect workout.
-Went home had a big ass protein shake 3 ZMA's and went to bed.

Satuday- Today was Biceps at home. I cranked my music up and open the garage door open. I took my NO-XPlode and thought I was gonna destroy something. I have never been that jacked up in my life. I stacked my wieghts on and just cranked my reps out. It was amazing. Im not sure if the loud ass music had much of an affect but everything seemed perfect.
When I looked in mirror today I noticed that I had some veins in biceps when I flexed them.

I am really happy with the results im getting and people are startiung to notice the results which I am proud of.

fix your diet and you rely too much on supplements. all you need is vitamins and whey

I agree with that guy....if i was you i would just take whey and creatine....and for your diet i would suggest getting your cal intake at or around 2700-2900 (i assume you're cutting, although at 150 i think you should be trying to bulk up especially since it's winter)....Try taking a creatine with no loading phase such as CEE or Kre-alkalyne, and get a whey that's isolated and not concentrated. You really dont need any ZMA unless you really have trouble sleeping. I'll follow you're routine to see what else you do so i can maybe help you a bit....your routine looks pretty good, so i wanna see exactly what exercises you do etc before i give my opinions there....good luck!

I have ALOT of trouble sleeping and ZMA just knocks me out, and Im not as sore.

I would apprectiate and feedback I can get. I just started taking a new protein that is Most Whey but also has Soy protein.

Just as a note. There is no winter here it is always same temp just rains alot this season.

OK well since it rains alot, you probably wont wanna go to the beach and have your shirt off all the time etc...so no reason to try and cut, so i'd suggest bulking as much as you can until about feb-april and see where ur mass is at, then cut till about june, and voila, you'll be in shape enough to go outside and show what you've built over the "rainy season"

Sounds good. I was hoping to cut becasue of our schools version of sping break at a resort around here but I guess Ill just wear my shirt more so then planned.

Update as far as working out goes.

Monday. Chest and Triceps.

We get out out of school here at around 305 and I get to the gym at around 320. I took my NO Xplode and creatine at around 300. I couldnt find anything to take the creatine with accept for water so I had to use that. I felt the normal feeling of the no xplode kicking in and It was a great workout.
