I am a 16 year old male and am currently living in Costa Rica. Im in my junior year of highschool and recently decided to take action and get the body I want to boost my confidence as well as improve my sports performance.
-Stats
--Height:5'7
--Wieght:150 -(Chubby)
--BF 15 %
-As you can see I have been doing a little to much partying and not enough exercise.
Routine-
Monday: Chest And Tri
Tuesday: Lower Legs/Abs
Wed: Biceps, Back, Shoulders
Thursday: Upper legs/Abs
Friday: Repeat Monday
Saturday: General Body workout using low wieghts
Sunday: ResT
After each day with the exception of sunday I do 20 minutes of Cardio.
My Daily meals:
-Breakfast-
1. 1 large bowl of "Hunny Bunches of Oats"
2. 1 Banana
3. 1 cup of freshed squeezed orange juice
--Morning Supplemnts
500mg Billberry
500mg Bees Pollen
500mg Vitamin K
500mg Anti Oxidant
Lunch-
Chicken Salad
Preworkout Supplements:
1. 2G L-Glutamine
2. 5g Creatine Monohydrate
Post Workout/Dinner
1. Fried Tofu
2. Egg Noodles
Supplements
1. 2 ZMA Pills
2.1 Protien shake with 3 Bananas and a bowl of strawberries
Notes: I am taking Estimul which is a generic anti-depresent which I take for Social Anxiety.
1. Costa Rica is a very liberal country and teenagers for the most part are able to drink. A typical weekend I will consume about 4 beers. However I have started my detox program which only includes Water and Green Tea so drinking is no longer a factor but for refrence as to my current form.
2. I am know to spark up sometimes on the weekend. Its sad to say but when I do smoke my friends and I can kill 350 Dollars worth of Marijuana in a week. A one night sitting can result in smoking 1/2 Ounce of Commerical or 1/8 of Dro.
--We have made a point to cut back on this as it is affecting our lives in more ways then we had thought. But I want people to know the results of teen bodybuilding and marijuana.
Notes about my Workouts: I cycle my workouts so that every 4 weeks I have a week where I only do low wieghts as to give my muscles a proper rest time while still stimulating them to encourage growth. I also pyramide every exercise I do in order to maxamize growth. I cyle My creatine so that every month I have a week without it.
-I have been doing quite a bit of reading over the past week and am excited to start my new plan and take working out to the next level. I look forward to hearing your comments and hope this benefits people in some way.
