Birth Control Pills

I have had the hardest time since I started taking the pill (started with ortho and just switched to a lower dose) I read that caffine (thermogetics contain) increases the potency of estrogen (the thing in the pill which causes bloating/weight gain) Does anyone know anything about this? A good pill?
Anything would be appreciated!!

I had trouble taking a lot of pills -- bloating, nausea, etc. Ended up doing well with Loestrin 1.5/30.
