I have a large stomach and want to burn it off without burning muscle. I have heard its best just to walk on the tread mill and keep my heart rate below 150 and the Budda will be gone before I know it.

What really is the best way to loose the fat without loosing muscle ?

1. Lifting + Diet + HIIT.
2. Lifting + Diet + incline walking 4+ times a week.

Only lose about 2 pounds a month of weight. Most of it will be fat, if not all. You may even build some muscle at the same time if your diet is in check and you are not overdoing the cardio.

I have been the same weight now for 2 months more or less but my jeans continue to get looser and looser..
