A lot of people have the problem of one side of their body developing faster than the other. This is obviously a mental issue, so I was wondering what everyone does to keep their bodies symetrical. I know one way to overcome this is by doing more isolation and dumbell excercises but what can be done with compound movements and barbell excercises. Feel free to give whatever input you may have.

Logo,

What, exactly do you mean by "mental issue"?

I've always wondered if loading the weak side of the bar with a little more weight would work?

Bad idea.. not only will it throw your form off and risk injury, it would also havelittle effect.

Thanks for pointing that out Big! You are right, of course. I never thought it out...
