Who all maintains a workout journal devoted to their training in weightlifting (olympic lifting, or heck, 역도 )

I know Raffiki does at weightliftingexchange.com, and JLC does as well on this site. Anyone else?

I have one, but my lifting is based more on strength training- I hope to get into O-lifting once my schedule allows me to do so- which should be next semester at the earliest or the summer at the latest.

I like to incorporate allot of Olympic lifts and the supportive exercises. The majority of the powerlifting I train for is done in more of an Olympic style also; like squats below parallel, shoulders over bar on pulls, and close stance on all lifts (no sumo).

my journal is in my sig, I do mostly Olympic lifting as weight training, I also like to do general strength stuff like bench, OH presses, pullups, and bodyweight conditioning as I also train karate.

My journal has some oly lifting in it, not much yet but soon there will be more. Its mainly powerlifting right now.
