Hello folks,
Damn, it's been awhile since I've been in the gym... Kinda lost my way there for a few years! Took a look in the mirror and saw a rather disgusting site a couple months ago!!!!!!!!! It's been 10+ years since I've done anything so I must admit that things have changed quite a bit in our sport.
I am trying to add another aspect to my food program. I eat really well and am looking to add another demension to it. Does anyone have any imput on any of the three...
Next Nutrition Big Whey...
Prolab Nutrition N-Large II...
Universal UniSyn MRP2...?
Thanks in advance!
R

I use ProtoPure whey protein from vitamin world. 50 grams of protein per serving. Cost is about average, but lower than commercial products. I also use Andro Stack for 4weeks and off for 2 weeks. My wife and I both use recombinant HGH daily. I'm 49 and all this works well for me. I've tried alot of different combos the past 2 years. I've gotten bigger and definetily stronger in the past 3 months with these supplements. I know there are those that think Recomb HGH is a ripoff, but unless your about to turn 50 and look and feel 20 yrs. younger as I do and my wife does, there is no debate .

Thanks Jim. Not quite 50 yet... I have a few years until then... Almost 39. I guess I just make it into this age group. Haven't started messing with the stacks yet and probably won't until I have a clear direction (other than just getting my ass back into shape). Damn, the last time I was doing this, we had carb drinks and protein powder and eggs. I was damn serious around 1985 but it seems like a whole new world out there with all that's available!

Ralph, The main thing is don't quit once you start. Regardless of all the products available the weights are still the thing that provide the growth and hardness. Merry Christmas!!!!!!!

definately agree with jim49 about the weights. also i found that as you get older(i'm 37) that i really don't need the amount of carbs i used to. also if you've had a lay off then just stick with a multi vit/min after breakfast and a b-complex after lunch. maybe add some tribulus (tribex500 is o.k.) and some ZMA a bit later. i'd probably make sure the protein powder is low in fat and carbs though.Richie
