How do you guys spend your OFF days ( no workouts, no gym )...??? What activities do you enjoy besides pumping iron and if you are lazy ...how do spend that time ?

Spending time with daughter, hanging with friends, clubbing, amusement parks, fairs, movies, and sleeping.

An OFF-day for me falls on the weekend, so I'll spend time shopping, laying out in the sun, reading magazines that I stocked up on, maybe renting a DVD or going to the movies. Being lazy is the point here, so I'll have energy to return my routine the next day.
I like getting out to nature..like going to the beach or going horsebackriding....

Crusing PCH on my motorcycle north through Malibu and up to Neptune's Net at County Line is a great day off from work and training. If it's an evening I'm not in the gym, a DVD or just watching the world go by from Starbuck's window is very relaxing for me.

I have date night with my sweetie on every Saturday. :) Other than that I spend time reading, golfing, going to the beach and lately, college football games.

When I'm not at the gym, I'm usually doing homework. Which I don't mind, but I wouldn't call it a hobby.
My rest days land on weekends also, with the exception of tuesday. So I'm usually doing chores around the house. But I love to draw and write. And lately, since I just got my first truck a couple weeks ago, I go get lost then try and find my way back home (driving since september, so I'm new). It fills up the time :)
Oh yes, and going over to my friends' house across the street. My second family, I love them.

My rest day is usually a weekday, because I like going to the gym on weekends - it's nice & quiet!
So, I get home from work, watch the news, have some dinner, & if there's something good on TV I'll watch that, otherwise I read (usually fantasy books - I love escapism).

I love participating in or watching almost every sport (way too many to list) although I may not be very good at some it's still a blast, reading, drawing, guitar, movies, music, dancing, concerts, comedy clubs, videogames with my kids, internet, hanging out with my kids and boyfriend, and board games.

Dogs are my other hobby. I show and train in agility and obedience and now that it's pheasant season will spend my weekends hunting!

"off-day"?? what is that?? Just kidding. Seriously though, I train mainly for sport applications so when Im not in the gym, Im in the dojang, or Im practicing at home. Its all just a means to an end and if Im not doing 1 thing I am doing another it seems. Sometimes on the weekend I absolutley refuse to get out of bed though, I actually set up a home theatre system around my bed for such occasions.:D:D

Sweetness, what's the dojang?

Dojang is the korean word for "dojo" or martial arts studio. Sweetness must either be a taekwondoist or hapkidoist. ;-) (I have black belt in Hapkido.)

TKD. I have been curious about hapkido but there is no place in my area that I could find. :(

I spend lots of time puttering on the computer: surfing the web, chatting on IRC and AIM, listening to music, and working on my website (usually blogging - the rest doesn't get updated that often). I have a programming project I work on every once in a while, and I run Linux, which is a hobby in itself. :) I'm into music as well - I play piano and compose, and I'm in an a cappella group.
Of course, loafing around the house with my fiance and our cats is relaxing, too. I like to vegetate in front of the TV or Playstation 2 every now and then. :)
