For the past 6 years I've had no other goal than that of achieving a great looking body. I played high school football and basketball, lifted weights, and still continue to run on a regular basis. I'm now 20 years old and still have the same slim physique I've had since high school. No noticeable muscles or abs, nothing. Being 5'10" and 165 lbs. I like my weight. My goal is to have visable abs, be "cut", and just have a nice all around toned body. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. It's going to change now. I beg of you all to please help me. I would be more than grateful if someone could send/post me a workout, diet, and any other tips/advice needed to help me reach my goal. I am even considering taking some supplements, but my main supplement is Muscle Milk (Gotta love that Cookies 'N Cream). Also, on average, how long would it take for me to see some real noticeable results? Thanks for all your time and God bless.
