irst, let me say my legs still feel heavy and I thought it best to take today off rather then follow my new schedule of 5 days on and 2 off. I did legs Sunday(still a bit sore and feeling kinda heavy...as well as wobbly for some reason???), Monday was back, Tuesday was chest, Wednesday was bi's tri's and some hamstrings. Today I got up at 5 my usualy time and did some lower abs plus oblique twists and did some light "good mornings 2 sets with just the 45lb bar for 20 reps and for 15 reps. Then went back to bed and when I woke up I made 2 cups egg whites with 1 cup spinach, broccoli, and mushrooms as well as one cup steel cut oats mixed in. Then went job hunting and ate again at the olive garden's all you can eat pasta bowl eating 1 big bowl of whole wheat fettucini with my own chicken breast approx5- 6 oz, plus 4 medium sized bowls prob accounting for over 200 carbs and a bowl and a half of minestrone soup and 3 breadsticks with a lil maranara sauce. I wasn't expecting to eat that much but I was def. hungry!!! My legs still felt heavy and I seriously could have eaten 2 more bowls but I thought better of it although I was still hungry.

I then came home and did 4 sets x 8 of good mornings, starting at 135lbs, 135, 155, 175 remember I weigh 150 or so. Then did 4x 30 bent over oblique twists. Even after eating all that pasta I didn't want to start.....but why?!?!? Why do I still feel depressed and like I have no energy?!?! I think I'm going to eat one cup egg whites with 2-4 slices whole grain bread dipped in pb and almond butter...any insight? Please?!?! You guys help out a lot!!

Well, by no means am I an expert, but you are deficient in something. What have you cut out of your diet to an extreme amount? Dropping anything like water, vitamins, carbs, etc will give you those feelings.

First of all, let me say that it almost hurts to read your posts...they seem to range all over the place. Content is not bad, just try to organize your thoughts and use a few more paragraphs. Not taking a shot at you brother...its just hard to get your meaning if its 15 or 20 lines worth of thoughts.

OK, your legs...I would also recommend looking for something you are missing in the diet. It does not take much in the way of vitamin/mineral defiecency to throw you off. I would assume you are taking a really good multivitamin? I swear by the Animal Pak, but anything is better than nothing. Beyond that, it sounds like your body may simply have a lower threshold in regards to training volume. Try 4 days a week on the weights and see where that takes you. Genetics rule the day my friend...yours may only want you lifting 4 times a week.

who knows. Hope it helped a bit
