I'm building a homegrown power rack, which should do nicely, but I decided I really want to add some pulleys to it. So far I've only found a few places that sell these, but it's mainly as replacement parts, so finding the forks and mounting equipment is a bit more challenging.

Anyone know of any good resources for pulleys, accessories or homegrown equipment in general?

Try any of the major equipment mfg's, check with them for "replacement parts" and you should be able to get the pulley assembly, or just the p[arts.
Find an equipment design that has they style you want and call them with a story of "hey, I've got your model XYZ super exer-gym and I broke the pulley assembly on the upper whatchamacallit and need a replacement, how much is it?"
All of the major places sell spares.
