i was busy planning for leaving to training. so i did not work out for about a week. i went to the gym and i streched and was about to do a light bench for a warm up. when i lift, my left are was very weak. it didnt hurt. my right arm was normal. my dominant hand is left. so usually my left arm is stronger. anyway. its been about 4 days now and i went to the gym and its still the same i did bicep curls and my left arm was very weak then my right. what do you think it is. by the way i took some advil right now.
