Is it just me, or does gas go into the non-existent zone while on Keto? I swear, it like doesn't happen now. Why is that? Is that a good, or bad sign?

Fiber is a key component to the bacteria causing gastric explosions so that is explainable.
No gas is not bad.
But it depends, if you don't have gas for 2 moths...something is wrong.
Good luck,

I still had the same amount of gas, just larger and louder, not as frequent though.

One of the things I dislike about the carb-up is all the farting compared with keto. In fact, if I start farting, it's a good sign I ate something I shouldn't.

Ahahaha, I love it -- though in my opinion (being a young male), the more farts the better.

My wife appreciates the reduction of gas.
She was never a fan of the protein fart.

Yup less gas, no farts/burps.

People say it's the protein that causes gas, but I'm not so sure. When I eat carbs I get enough gas propulsion to achieve escape velocity. On keto I have waaaay less gas.

Since starting keto I have way less gas. Before (when I was eating all the oatmeal and drinking the pp shakes) it was constant :o

me too
I eat a lot of fiber daily. My gas has decreased to nil on Keto as well.
Not sure why but it's a nice side effect though because I used to have a pretty bad gas problem actually.

Protein powder can cause gas, meat doesn't seem to.
