I've been using a 19-Nor-diol solution transdermally 30 mg/day for 8 weeks now and am absolutely ecstatic about the results I've had so far. I've put on 12 pounds total, added 2" to my shoulders, 2 to my back/rib cage, 1 to my upper arms, and actually lost 1/2-1" from my waist and hips while bulking. I feel so much stronger, my endurance during cardio has also gone way up, and I have never felt pumps like this before during my workouts.
The only side effects I have noticed is a slight lowering of my voice, which I actually like since my voice was fairly high-pitched before, and the fact that I have not menstruated since I started this prohormone cycle.
My questions are:
#1 Is it at all harmful for me to not menstruate for this long because of prohormone use ?
#2 How long would it be safe for me to stay on this product ? Is it really neccessary to cycle off for a while or can I just stay on it indefinitely ?
Thanks for your help.

#1. Missing 2 periods isn't so bad, and it could be due to low bodyfat more than the prohormone. #2. Yes you need to cycle of that ****! Steroids and prohormones mess with your endocrine system. I'm a guy and if I was on 19-Nor-diol for 8 weeks, my libido would be seriously down(well maybe not off of 30mg a day, I normally do 10 times that much on my cycles). My libido would actually be down after 4 weeks at 300mg a day and I'm a pretty young guy. Because of this, any future cycles I do will probably be around 2 weeks on with 4 weeks off so I don't end up having a down-cycle. I actually get great results from short cycles. You need to lay off for at least 8 weeks if not 16 weeks. I've heard you need twice as long off from a 19-Nor-diol cycle as your cycle duration. And this is for guys, who produce a lot more nandrolone naturally, so it probably applies even more so to women. Stop with the 19-Nor-diol immediately. If your period doesn't return in the next 8 weeks, you may have affected your hormones pretty badly, and you will need to see a doctor. If you keep using the 19-Nor-diol, you will have one hell of a down-cycle when you do go off it, your liver enzymes and possibly cholesterol will be high as hell, and you might permanently **** up your endocrine system.
