Hi ladies,

I have a friend who is having a hard time with loosing her lower belly, she calls it a pouchi, can someone please recommend some effective exercies that she can do to lower the size of it. She is a very healthy eater so its her workouts she is having a hard time with. As this site is famous for good tips i am sure one of you ladies can help her. thanks in advance for your help!

What's her body fat percentage? As you probably know, she can't spot reduce. We all tend to have our problem areas where extra fat deposits hang on. Overall fat loss is key.

well she is around 5'6" and weighs 178 lbs any idea i dont know the exact number in terms of her body fat %

Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce so she needs to focus on overall fat loss, and at 178lbs, she is a little overweight for her height. I know you said she is a healthy eater, but it may be that she is simply eating too many calories or too many of the wrong kinds of food to facilitate fat loss. Why not get her to join here and we will see if we can help her out.

Does she exercise on a regular basis or just 'sorta'? Has she had children? Sometimes, like me, it takes more crunches and overall work to get the muscles to get back to where they should be. But it sounds like she should increase cardio, do some ab work and give it time. There is no miracle pill that I have found. :)
