Thanks for posting those pics man! They turned out a lot better than the shots I had taken with my ghetto digital camera. LOL.

I was pleased with all my posing with one exception...for some reason I did not flex my quads hard enough on that front lat spread. Normally its very easy and natural for me to get those quads out on that pose, but for some reason I was not sqeezing the legs enough. Live and learn.

Also, the judges never called for a leg foward pose...dissappointing because those poses are good for me.

hey man, thanks a ton for takin' those pics...i am so hooked now it's ridiculous lol. OK, my computer is not letting me open those images once they are saved...any thoughts? I tried right clicking/saving the image...and also tried right clicking and "saving target as". The images save, but then the computer tells me the file is not valid.
