i just switched from rippetoes, and its ****in brutal the repetition day to be more specific. For some reason i can train my legs all day, but volume and upperbody equate to major pain. Should i just got light and work my way up or am i just a bitch??

Repetition day is meant for building up your lactic acid tolerance, you don't want to go "light". You will decrease the benefit of endurance, as well as growth hormone production. The repetition method is a key role for the skinny bastards in getting big, don't go "light".

suck it up and keep pumping out the reps. But like fullback said, dont think thats an excuse to go light you should still be at a relatively heavy weight.
