IM 6 FOTT 235 I NEED HELP with wat to eat on a day to day basis to get to to about 215 i workout everyday except saturdays and i do alot of cardio on the eliptical so can anyone post some foods i can get a little more cut from morning till night and drinks i can drink such as diet pepsi and other things

That's the basic list of keto foods.
As a suggestion, here's a pretty typical keto day's food.
Breakfast: eggs, sometimes with bacon.
Snack: handful of walnuts or coffee with pile of whipped cream
Lunch: Salmon and large green salad, olive oil dressing
PWO shake: 30g whey, 15g dextrose
Dinner: steak and broccoli and spinach, garlic butter on top.
Supper: Celery stuffed with cream cheese, or cheddar, or flaxbread.
