Does anybody else love lean pockets? Especially in the morning, this is what my typical breakfast looks like (M-F) this is always at 8:00 a.m.

2 Breakfast Lean Pockets
Banana
Tall glass of Orange Juice
Multi-Vitamin

At about 10:45 a.m. I have a snack at work which is always a Nature Valley Yogurt Bar. Pretty healthy and very tasty.

For Lunch I go home and have the same thing pretty much everyday, it never gets old though.

Large Turkey and Mozzarella sandwich on wheat bread
Bowl of plain pasta noodles, a little butter and parm. cheese
An assorted fruit (grapes, applesauce, diced peaches)
Tall glass of Skim Milk
Fish Oil Capsils

At 5:30 before I go to the gym I have a Kashi chewy granola bar, for a little bit of energy.

I always come home to a home cooked meal, which is normally fairly healthy, I try to eat within 30 minutes of returning home from my workout, normally between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Dinner normally consists of a meat and potatoes meal. Anything from steak and mashed potatoes with a veggie. It could be pasta with either chicken or ground beef (no pasta sauce). Occasionally home made country fried steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green bean casserole. Lasagne or Johnny Marsetti casserole (pasta noodles, ground beef, ragu all cooked in the oven.) These are just a few of the meals that we have regularly. Normally we try and use the leanest healthiest ingredients we can find. Typically the "low-fat, reduced-fat" options.

At about 9:00 p.m. or so I have my MuscleMilk shake with skim milk. I also throw in a couple of scoops of Glutamin.

Finally at 11:00 p.m. before I go to bed I have a Lean Pocket, usually casadilla or pepperoni pizza. And ocassionaly on the nights that I am up late working, I have a yoplait reduced fat yogurt immidietly before bed.

Keep in mind I am in a winter bulking phase. I have a very fast metabolism, so adding pounds is hard for me. I consider this a clean bulk. I dont eat fast food and always go for the "healthy option" when eating out. Guys let me know your opinions on how these meals look.

Really, I thought that I was eating a ton. It's to the point where I have to force myself to eat, even though I'm already stuffed. That's good to know about the Lean Pockets, they're just so easy to make and they taste so great though, it's hard to stay away from them.

I think everything looks good to me, im no expert. However your Post work out could be improved. I would take the muscle milk to the gym with you and drink it immediately after your work out. Your right about eating within a half hour of your workout, but then it takes another 30-45 min or more for solids to be digested and absorbed into the body. I would try to get the liquid protein and carb filled shake down within a half hour instead and then cook your meal and eat it. It will help optimize your workout since the the muscle milk can be digested faster and rushed to your hungry muscles.

He is right about that, it looks a bit lean. I have the same problem finding time to eat enough. I drink Cytogainer 3 times per day to make up for it, it adds about 1800 calories to my daily intake, 162g protein, 9g creatine, 225g carbs, plus a whole slew of vitamins and minerals. Good for the immune system too : )

Your views of clean eating are going to be different than many others

Many view clean eating as eating minimally processed foods and it seems almost all of your foods are processed

Lean pockets and what not?

Sorry but no, they might have "healthy" macronutrients and what not, but there sources aren't.

Again they are fine though if you have a fast metabolism and what not

But don't make a statement over what's healthy and what's not because we really in today's world can only make the statement that processed foods for the most part aren't healthy while we still debate other things

Other than that, your diet is fine. Just make sure you are gaining and its good

I've been able to gain good enough. I've put on about 5 - 8 pounds in the past month and a half or so. Its hard for me to manage my weight and I really have to make an effort at it. My weight now fluctuates between 182 - 184. At this point I'm happy where I'm at, just really trying to maintain the weight to add some muscle during the winter. My summer weight is normally about 175 or so.

I agree with the comments regarding eating "clean." I guess this is my definition of clean, no fast food, no junk food, no sweets, none of that. It seems to work well with my metabolism, so it works well with me.
But, I've done the whole only only eating chicken breasts, brown rice, and veggies thing. For me I didn't notice a huge difference and I had to make a great effort to sticking to that diet. Pretty boring foods as well.
