This is a really good way to add some veggies and fat into your diet... so.. all u need is some chopped spinach, butter, sour cream and onions...
Melt the butter into a pan, saute the onion.. then add the spinach, stir.. next is sour cream.. stir some more.. dont forget to add the spices..
Depends on yourself how much of each u want to use...
