I posted this in the supplement section but didnt get any responses. So I thought I would try here. Im just looking for some input on multivitamin choice.

I currently take an OC store bought multi (Nature's Best), I also take B-Complex, and 100mg of Vitamin C along with an Omega 3 supplement. I decided I really should try and take a better quality more well rounded supplement. I have been looking around to see what is available. I ran into the Animal Pak, however wasnt sure if this would be considered overboard. I also know GNC has a Women's multipak supplement. And reading the supplement for women article, they talked about VitaPak or something by techline. Are any of these sufficient? I was thinking of getting the Animal Pak, because unlike the other 2, it also has some energy enhancers, Omega3s etc. But like I said again, is this going overboard. I did notice it doesnt appear to have iron, but I figured I could always take an iron supplement if necessary.

Do any of you use Animal Pak? I saw a post mentioning it, and it seems like it would be a good choice.

I was also looking into buying some Xtend for some BCAA supplementation, in addition to helping me with my round about WO nutrition supplementation.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Thank you

Animal pak is great. I switched to Pak after using Ultra Mega from GNC for many years. Just keep in mind Pak has 11 tablets per baggie. The recommended dosage is 2 packets per day. I only take one, but 11 pills are still "hard to swallow", you really have to be comitted to take that many vitamins everyday (that doesn't count other supps)

i love animal pak, of course it does not contain iron, because well, it was made with a male bodybuilder in mind. i think however it is the best muti out there. i switched back to some regular ones recently due to being broke and i just didnt feel the same.

i've got Women's Fitness Pak by universal nutrition... I'm trying it out... supposedly it has a week of vit paks just for the TOM, they're pink... we'll see how it works out, if i'm not too keen on it, then i'm going to head to animal pak....

I did notice that they also make animal pak (after reading the box)... so there might not be much diff except that this is catered more specifically to women...

so far, I like it... I did NOT see a difference in my energy levels or sleep needs this week like i normally do...so that is cool...
