Hi guys. i was wondering if you guys could please recommend some chest excersises to me. I have weights but no bench and i feel like all my muscles are starting to grow except my chest. is the only excersise i have available pushups?

basically, hes right! Not much you can do without a bench...i suppose you could use the floor...you could also build a bench

do butterfly curls on the ground with any amount of wieght in your hand then after a set of that do as many push-ups possible and just keep doing that if your too cheap or poor to buy a bench thats what i used to do:)

you can still do bp on flat ground.

best to do it with dumbells, so you can throw the weights to the side after the set

cool! im on a tight budget right now, but my goal is to join a gym once i get into a little better shape.

I weigh 162 pounds and measure 5"6. I just started working out and i can do about 20 push ups without a problem but after it starts getting tough.

A friend told me to try doing 10 push ups on the hour every hour for 10 hours every day for a week to build strenght and be able to do more set of push ups at one time.

Is this good advice? and is there any other form of excersise that works out the chest area with out equipment?

-Do dips in between two high chairs. or put your feet on the edge of a chair and your hands on the end of a couch and dip.

-Build a bench, I did before when I had no cash.

-Build a chest dip station, I just finished it today! My dad is going to cut the bar that comes across tomorrow.

-Build a chin up bar in between your door for chin-ups. I still use mine!

-Buy duffel bags and fill them with sand for power lifts.

-Do hand stand push-ups, or put your feet up on a chair and do push-ups.

-carry someone on your back and do squats with them.

-buy a basket ball, cut a very small hole, fill it with sand glue the hole with rubber cement and put duck tape all around, then hockey tape and you have a medicine ball.
