I just placed the order today, but I thought before I started it, I would track a week of my workouts. I figured this would be a good idea, so that we can track my progress off, then on GB.

A little about myself:
24 years old, been lifting off and on a few years, been going heavy for about 6 months straight now. The 'craziest' supplement I've ever taken was creatine monohydrate, and my favorite mono product was Vitargo CGL from Nutrex. I have been off creatine for 4 months now, so I expect to see some good gains from this product.

Stats (will have to go into more detail later):
height: 6'3"
weight: 208
body type: meso, tho id say im slightly endo. been very active my entire life.

What I currently take:
My diet isn't exactly 'dialled in' but I eat very, very healthy. No fried foods, lots of chicken and good carbs, etc. I eat a scoop of whey in the morning, a packet of myoplex mid afternoon, and take an animal pak multivitamin before workout. I also eat a scoop of casein protein before I goto bed.

Current workout split:
I've recently moved, so I don't have much going on. I work alot, but I have no problems putting in 2+ hours a day in the gym. I'm currently on a 6day split:
day 1: chest
day 2: legs
day 3: arms
day 4: back
day 5: abs/calves
day 6: shoulders
day 7: off

I'm 2 days in on this week's workout, so here's what I did on those days.

chest day:
flat bench, 5x5 (185, 225, 255, 255, 225)
incline dumbell, 4x8 (80)
decline bench, 4x8 (185)
flys, 4x12 (6,6,7,7) <- not sure how that works out, plates on a machine

leg day:
leg press, 4x8 (5, 5, 6, 6) <- in plates per side
box deads, 4x12 (185)
quad curls, 4x8 (110, 130, 150, 150)
ham curls, 4x8 (90)

so there you have it. I am going to finish out this weeks workout, documenting progress without the GB, then hopefully start it monday of next week.

i wouldnt consider myself an expert, but im not a beginner or novice either. i would say im a pretty solid intermediate.

so any experts that want to provide input on my split, exercises, etc, please feel free, id love the help.

tricep pushdown, 4x8 (11)
skull crushers, 4x8 (90)
single arm tri pulldowns 2x12 (6)
single arm tri pushdowns 2x12 (7)
seated db bicep curls 4x8 (50)
bicep hammer curls 8,8,12,10 (40,40,35,35)
incline seated arms out curls, 4x8 (25)

good day overall. was pumped to be in there. had a crazy bicep pump/swell going, a buddy came over and asked me if i was on something. doesnt last too long tho, as my arms shrank back to normal after hitting the treadmill for 10 mins.

well, there are so many damn logs on this thing, that im just going to post randomly.

overall, my intensity is increasing. ive been taking this for about 4 days now, and havent noticed any sides at all. this is my first time on anything other than monohydrate, and i dont have any headaches, digestion probs, etc.

im mainly going to track my weight, and my bench (good overall measure of strength for me).

im pretty lean, ~9-10% I feel, and I'm pleatauing out at 255x5 for two sets, and at 205lbs. im going to weigh myself every sunday, to see how much I am.

Sorry for lack of updates, didnt know there was much interest.

Well, my bench is still peaked, but I've been having good overall workouts.

No side effects, last time I did dead lifts tho I had an insane lower back pump, must have been from the GB, as I've never had a lower back pump like this before.

I've begun taking Sesamin also, 1500mg a day. It seems that taking Sesamin and GB, with my normal diet, I've lost a little weight (~205 now). My strength feels the same however.

I'm curious as to how my results would have been had I added white blood to this.

I don't consume as many calories a day as I should, I know that is my limiting factor. I've recently upped my protein intake to 4 scoops of ON a day, and am trying to eat at least a cup of oats a day to supplement my diet.

ive got about 8 days left, so once the bottle is done, I'll try to write up a little review, and see if I would buy GB again.

since i weigh over 200 lbs, i read somewhere i should be taking 7pills a day. if i try this product again, i think im going to try it at the 7 dose, then i can compare it to the 5 a day that i am taking now.
