I'm seeking a bodybuilding coach. Someone to help me put together my supps, diet, training plan... everything.
I'm 5'11 240 pounds with 18.5 arm. I want to get up to 250 and then cut down and get ripped.

what does he normally charge for a complete contest prep guide? I mean personalized diet/workout/EVERYTHING(beyond just the cut diet).
I am interested in hiring someone for my next contest, and am just looking into prices atm
