hi,

Im writing to hope for tips on getting my drive back up. Im 25 and an avid gym go-er I have been working out for the last few years and ive been going on a daily basis. Great results so far! Lately tho has been strange for me, Ive lost all drive to go, and when im at the gym I find myself with no focus AT ALL.
Its important to understand that Im not tired, this is purely about drive.

SOME ONE PLEASE HELP! any suggestion in good.

sometimes you forget why you fall out of love, sometimes you need to be reminded. take some time off...a couple weeks or even 3...no worries..hell even a month....don't worry about it. see how you feel and what your body does...see how much more stressed you get. you'll want to go back

I agree with Keeloo. Take a step back. I took a few days off over Thanksgiving. Monday rolled around and I could not get to the gym fast enough. And.....you just have to look to the future. You won't look back one day and wish you had eaten more junk or spent less time at the gym. When you go even when you aren't on fire to go...you are just reinforcing healthy habits. Reminding yourself that even when you don't feel like it, you go.
