Ok ladies, I think it's time to increase our ladies forum what you think? I think we should get rid of the Female BodyBuilding Dead Forum and replace it with something more positive. It can't be dead if we're here.

Please vote and give any suggestions you may have.
Thanks,
MsFit

Hey, I have a suggestion already. How about the Women's Forum be broken up into training, cardio, dieting and supplement sections. This will generate more traffice and positive remarks. What may work for a man may not work for women. We need our own area broaden.

MsFit. Could you add a section in there for "Issues"....I often have issues, anywhere from why anyone would assume that Female Bodybuilding is Dead, to the obnoxious behavior of some of the gorillas at the gym. LOL. We might need a lighter and maybe and just for laughs section.

That section is GONE! I agree that it was not a good idea to keep it up there. It was just supposed to be up there during the time when they almost cancelled the Ms. Olympia a few years ago. It was to discuss that...

This women's section will keep getting better because there are some awesome people here. Women's bodybuilding is here to stay and it will only get bigger and better!!

Thanks,
Ryan

I think breaking it into sections is a great idea because a lot of women need advice on all of those things and some posts can get pretty lengthy with all the information. (Guilty as charged!)

There are a lot of knowledgeable people out there so we need to get everyone involved. We can all do our part to make it a success!

Nicole, did you post a pic on any of these forums, by any chance?

fbbs are just so feminine, they really break the stereotypes of the 'wimp' images that are said to be of women.

and they are an inspiration to women.

I haven't posted a pic. I really don't have any good ones. All the ones I have are so far away. My sister took a lot at my shows but none are that great. I will do so when I compete again April 6th!

If the female bodybuilding section is going to change I agree with ms. fit to add information pertaining to cardio, supplements for women. and training tips. I don't think this section should be done away with, but improved and geared towards women.
