Well after a few weeks of being sick, I am finally up to 100% and ready to do this log! Thank you MAN for choosing me to run BluePrint!
What is BluePrint? The Holy Grail!
BLUEPRINT? features what may very well be The Holy Grail of Supplements? Agmatine. As a metabolic byproduct of Arginine, Agmatine goes beyond Arginine and works its wonders by stimulating the release of pituitary hormones such as Leutinizing Hormone (LH) and Growth Hormone (GH). Agmatine also demonstrates insulin like properties.
Other proposed roles of Agmatine are in cardiovascular biology as it can modulate heart; brain and vasculature function via its effects on calcium homeostasis as well as modulating the synthesis of NO. Agmatine may even alter pain thresholds, is neuroproective and is an intermediate in polyamine biosynthesis. All of this, giving Agmatine legitimate stake as the true Holy Grail of Supplements!
BLUEPRINT? also integrates R-ALA (r-alpha-lipoic-acid) with Agmatine because it is one of the best and most complete antioxidants known to MAN and it is also a very effective supplement for improving insulin response/sensitivity, making it an ideal compliment to the anabolic and ergogenic effects of Agmatine.
What I hope to gain/obtain during this log: Looking to keep my strength up and define whilst maintaining of decreasing bodyfat.
I normally have a pretty set workout plan, Monday legs Tuesday chest Wednesday back Thursday shoulders Friday arms Saturday cardio Sunday off
The excersises I do however are not always the same, and when I train with Scot_widyn we well just go insane!
Today I popped 4 this morning with my breakfast of a shake and oats.
Today's lifting will be legs, yet I still have to go somewhat light because of my past leg injury.

To anyone reading this log or write ups pertaining to BLUEPRINT, please understand that the whole Holy Grail remark really has to do with the fact that Agmatine is involved in so many functions in the body. I realize that it somewhat came out of left field coming from MAN an our reputation, but I certainly expect Agmatine to stand the test of time.
Please remember we claimed for Citrulline Malate and Beta Alanine to be THE NEXT BIG THING in late 2003 and early 2004, pretty much like we did with Orotic Acid and Raspberry Ketones following.
I guess my point is that our reputation is important to me and as such I ask those who understand where we are coming from to understand where we are coming from with the "Holy Grail" tag line.

Back----Animal Style! I got together with the Universal Atl ABC chapter yesterday and lifted some pretty nice weights! I knew most of the guys already and its great to lift with em.
Bent Over Rows: 225x10 245x9 255x8 265x8 I decided since I did 4 heaver weighted sets with no light high rep sets I would try and focus on that a little more.
Isolateral high Rows: 100x10 115x8x2 90x15x2
Isolateral Reverse grip pulldown? Its a machine that I always see Dorian Yates using...not sure what its called.. 90x10x3 75x15
One Arm Rows: 125x10x3
Cable Low Rows: 190x10 200x9 220x8
It was a pretty good workout, effects from BluePrint really havent been too pronounced. I'm gonna do some cardio today via the elipitical at home, gym is closed.....

Turkey day! Well I didnt go too crazy, tried to load up on white meat and green beans but damn that stuffing was good....
Did 20 mins of sprints/joggs on the tennis courts in my neighborhood.. sprinted on the long side jogged on the short side. Pretty good workout, it had been a while since I've run outside, normally Ive stuck to the treadmill or arc trainer in the gym.

Bluepront is an awsome product as are all the MAN products. I ran Blueprint with Clout and the fullness, vascularity and strength were incredible. It is good to see some Man logs. They are a very under rated and unoticed company for what they have. Good luck on your log.

On another note, I'm not sure how much of BP has really kicked in, but my last few lifts have been rather nice!

Sorry for not adding that in on the daily...
Yesterday's lift was pretty decent, hit Chest but didnt feel that I hit it hard enough, was somewhat disturbed in the gym by some major fool who kept turning on the overhead fans...
Incline Bench: 155x10 really light 185x8 185x7 then for some reason when I come back from a water break, my weights are already deracked and someone is benching.... I didnt really want to get into it so I just went and did Incline Dumbells for 65x10 65x13
Vertical Isolateral Bench: 85x10x2 65x15x2 50 pause then explode for 8reps
Flatbench flys: 40x10x2 40x15 45x10
Cable Crossover: 57.5x10x2 45x15x2
What I am noticing with BP is that my endurance is up a pretty good amount yet sometimes i just dont keep going due to mental fatigue.. I feel pretty full and vascular too.
Today I started to do a Chest/Shoulder day because I didnt think that I hit my chest all that hard yesterday but damn..it was sore!
So I switched to Arms!
Incline Bicep Curls: 45x8x2 40x10 35x12
Tricep Pushdown: 15.5(max on stack)x8x2 13.5x14 13x16
Standing Hammer Curls: 55x10x2 45x15x3
SkullCrushers on cable: 13x8 12.5x9 12x11 12x13
Cable Curls from above: 7x10x2 6x15x3 after each set did hammercurls 35x8
Tricep Extensions w/rope: 11x10x2 10x14 10.5x13
Dips: BWx10x2
Then 10mins of cardio on Stair stepper and I felt like I was in a psychedelic state

Sorry I have not updated this in a few days, I have just been rather busy at work and with some school work. Friday I did a great shoulder day! I cant remember everything that I did but I felt absolutely awesome with great endurance throughout the lifts, even with just two meals in me pre lifting.
Saturday was just cardio but it felt like almost nothing at times, and I normally like to put the resistance and the incline up really high and just sweat! I just now remembered that I also did Calf raises on Friday which were great!
Today was off but I really wanted to hit the gym, I really feel good in the gym and can keep going.

So what are you feeling from Blueprint?
well as I mentioned in the notes more endurance and stamina. Of course I have felt a good muscle pump from it as well, which anyone would find to be expected.
With BP I have noticeable felt more endurance and stamina than I have with any other type of product.

Isolateral vertical bench: 90x8 90x7 70x10 65x15 45x20
Flat Bench Flys: 50x8x2 45x10 40x15
Then I did some crazy stuff with the cable crossovers and cant remember exactly what and how much weight I did but all I know it was just awesome

Woah! Back day yesterday was awesome!
Yates Rows Holding contraction till failure on last rep: 185x10 205x10 235x8x2 245x8
One Arm Rows: 135x10x4
T-Bar Row: wide grip 160x10x2 narrow grip 160x12x2 115x20 wide grip
Lat Pulldowns: wide grip 13x10x2 narrow grip 12x15x2
I was planning to lift today but my inner thighs hurt so horribly that I had to take a pain killer and it just knocked me out. If I get up some more energy I might hit the gym tonight and do a light workout.
Body changes: I'm TURNING BLUE! I just noticed on my chest and out streched arms new blue veins...kinda freaked me out, but I guess its just more vascularity coming through.

WOOO finals are over and I am done! I have been lifting pretty well, thursday I hit back and was rather impressed with my self. I was hitting similar numbers to when I was on Havoc(didnt do the best PCT...well food intake wise and lost a bit of strength) so that made me happy!
Friday I did a great shoulder day, hit a nice PR on 225 over head presses for 7 reps!!
Saturday I just did a little pump and pose workout due to a very short amount of time to lift and then go back to work... worked from 7:45am to 10pm at night.......
Sunday Im damn tired but I'm gonna see if the gym in the apartments near my house is open and do some cardio.

alrighty yesterday I got in a pretty good "whole body" workout because I knew I couldnt lift today or tomorrow, but once I'm in mexico its gonna be insane with scott!
Anyway, yesterday's lift was my last lift/day on BluePrint and I must say I'm sad to see it go. My bodyweight has remained about the same but I feel that I'm stronger than I started off and that the endurence especially during cardio was improved. The vascularity while on BluePrint was just amazing, I have not found another product that produces the same effects.
In the beginning of next year I plan to run a cut with Furazdrol and ThyroTabs but I think that I will be including BluePrint a long with it, especially when I look back and see how well it helped with cardio.
I really have enjoyed running BluePrint and am seriously contemplating adding it into my cut stack in Jan.
Thank you again for letting me run this log!
