Allright, so I have started the TNT diet. It's keto, low carbs, high fats & protein. My goal is to TNT for 4 weeks then I'll switch to a high-carb and then to a mixed diet (5 days low carb 2 days high carb). I am going by the TNT book. What I am trying to do is to drop the belly fat and the love handles coz they are just driving me crazy.
So day one was yesterday
> Morning
*6 am
1 cup of plain coffee
2 mozzarella sticks
1 power crunch bar
*8 am
1 mozzarella & prosciutto roll
*10 am
1 power crunch bar
20 slices of pepperoni
> Lunch
*12
mixed greens salad with
italian dressing & three cheeses
some italian sausages
sugar free jell-o
> Afternoon
Jack Link's beef stick
> Dinner
broccoli bacon mayo salad
> Pre-bed
23 grams casein + 20 grams whey with milk
