Just got it in, 8/24. I had been kinda watching it on the AM board and decided to try it before there was a bunch of feedback, I'm looking forward to contributing new info, and not scared to be a lab rat. This will be used as part of a diet plan and not for PCT.
Background:
Lifting for 3+ years, diet's been good for 2+. Lifted (got up 220) and played football in HS before taking along time off. I've used PH's, never illegal stuff, and what seems like every other supp before I found this board.
Training/diet:
Lift 5-6 days a week, moderate cardio 20-30 min. 4-5 days a week.
I'll be cycling carbs from 120-225g a day. Protien 250-300g
fats 30-50.
Goals:
I am probably the leanest I have ever been, measured 3.5 weeks ago with calipers at 14%. Not really looking to loose much more weight but just BF.
Claims of gaining muscle at the same time are quite ambitious in my opinion. But, maybe with the cycling it could happen.
Log:
Sorry, probably no pics, I don't have a camera. I will try not to be too subjective. I can mostly offer my opinion and the opinion of others on my body comp. I'll watch weight almost daily and will test BF again when I'm done.
All advice, questions, comments and insults are now officially welcome.

Day 3
Not much to report, there is a thermogenic effect. I came out of class and could't stop sweating. Granted it was like 100 degrees but even after being in the A/C for a while it kept rolling down my legs and on my face.Today is high carb day (220) its just beautiful.

30 day supply in each bottle. I got one bottle. I will then probably be done with dieting no matter how well the Retain works, I can't wait to have some freemdom with my eating.

Well, Katrina hit like Monday or Teusday. The church I work for in Donaldsonville opened up as a a shelter. We're about 20-30 min. from N.O. We had 300 refugees for most of the week, with numbers down to 250 this weekend. There were incredible stories of survival with the majority of them having waded through 4-5 ft of water, been stuck on the interstate, or having made it out with nothing but the clothes on thier back. Alot of people were able to get in touch with family in other parts of the country and began to make there way to them. Most have no where to go and will live in our church as long as they need to.
Supplements and lifting have been obsolete for the last the week. I've been working 10-15 hour days at the shelter. Today is the first day I have'nt been up there. I go back to LSU tomorrow and have to start hitting the homework. I will start training probably tomorrow but, with 2wks left in the bottle of Retain, I don't know if I'm gonna keep dieting or not.
I tried to keep taking it when I was working but it didn't really happen. Results are inconclusive.
God bless everyone in and from New Orleans.
