R3 Extreme
P6 Extreme
M5 Extreme

THE MASS STACK:
the mass stack consists of 3 products. R3 Extreme, P6 Extreme, and M5 Extreme.

P6:
The first mechanism found in P6 Extreme™ to maximize your anabolic state involves the substrates of testosterone. All hormones in the body are composed of six substrates or parts. Therefore, in order for your body to convert pro-hormones to testosterone, all six parts must be available. So, if you purchase a product containing two or three key pro-hormones, your body will have to produce or resource the other substrates to complete the chain. P6 Extreme™ is the only product on the market containing all six. And if that’s not enough, this product contains a daily dose of over 1000mg in the most bio-available “Diol” form.

To further enhance the anabolic effect of P6 Extreme™, our research focused on a second mechanism involving LH agents and natural testosterone production. LH (luteinizing hormone) is secreted by the pituitary gland and is responsible for signaling testosterone production. Therefore, by combining a unique blend of herbs containing specific saponins, we were able to enhance LH production and in turn further maximize the anabolic effect of P6 Extreme™.

The third mechanism, possibly the most important, focuses on the potential conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Most of the products on the market today do not contain any type of estrogen blocker. So what does this mean? Two things: 1) If you take enough of the product for an extended period of time you may end up with gynocomastia or “bitch tits” and 2) You are limiting your gains by not allowing your body to maintain an elevated level of free testosterone for an extended period of time. Therefore, in order to maintain P6 Extreme™s maximum anabolic effect while reducing any potential side effects, we incorporated a novel estrogen blocker and metabolizer into the formula.

The Final Key Element
And finally, to enhance the anabolic effects of P6 Extreme™ to an absolutely never before seen level in the bodybuilding community we focused on our fourth mechanism to inhibit the CYP3A4 enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for breaking down various drugs and chemicals after they are ingested. When broken down the effectiveness of these chemicals is dramatically reduced. To counteract this critical drawback, our product development team created a specific form of dihydroxybergamottin, which has been shown to inhibit the CYP3A4 enzyme. In other words, the enzymes are destroyed before they can wipe out the benefits of the product. Thus, more of the P6 Extreme™ can be absorbed into the intestinal lining to perform its desired function.

R3:

The Key Elements of R3 Extreme
People who exercise excessively, professional and amateur athletes, such as runners and riders, as well as people who workout intensively, have a temporary immune deficiency which can result in illness or prolonged recovery time. By preventing large amounts of cortisol release and by activating white blood cells known as macrophages, one can regenerate and repair tissue at a rapid rate. After 12 months of immune system research and analysis our product development team concluded that by combining the right cortisol inhibitor and novel immune response modulators and growth factors we could bend the outer limits of the body’s ability to repair and rebuild muscle tissue.

The first mechanism found in R3 Extreme™ to dramatically reduce your recovery time involves a novel cortisol inhibitor. Cortisol is a hormone the body releases to deal with physical or mental stress. Its main function is to help in the regulation of the body’s use of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. During intense workouts, cortisol release may reach high enough levels to cause massive catabolic, or muscle breakdown, effects by attacking protein reserves, within your muscle tissue, to convert to glycogen for energy. Therefore, we developed as a preventative component a new form of phosphatidylserine to dramatically reduce by over 40% the severe side effects of cortisol release. The following chart illustrates the dramatic reduction in cortisol release through the supplementation of phosphatidylserine versus a placebo.

Increase The Power of Your Body's Healing System
To further enhance the ability of R3 Extreme™ to help your body repair and recover, our research focused on a series of novel immune response modulators and growth factors. Glutamine is the actual fuel your body uses for repair, but we developed a combination of new polysaccharides, including beta 1,3 glucan and arabinogalactan, and a novel variation of an amino called n-acetyl-cysteine, or NAC, that actually stimulate the release of macrophages, or white blood cells, that are responsible for removing waste products, harmful microorganisms, and are able to kick drive the repair process to a whole new level. During our in-house testing, we were able to reduce recovery time dramatically. This will allow you to train harder, for a longer period of time, while allowing your body to repair and recover at a much faster rate.

M5:

The Key Elements of M5 Extreme™
By pumping large amounts of excess water intracellular, the body is forced to breakdown dietary protein, retrieve large amounts of nitrogen, and rapidly transform into an “anabolic” or, muscle building, state of growth. After twelve months of cellular research our product development team concluded that by combining the right cellular hydration response modifier, endogenous (the body’s own) creatine co-factor, and a new breed of transport mechanisms we could bend the outer limits of the body’s intracellular hydration potential without adding excess body fat or experiencing abdominal bloating.

The first mechanism found in M5 Extreme™ to further maximize your anabolic state involves a cellular hydration response modifier known as Kre-Alkalyn, the only 100% bio-available form of creatine on the face of the earth. Although creatine is the most effective raw ingredient for cellular hydration, it may have some negative side-effects. Due to its unstable nature, creatine converts into a toxic by-product called creatinine. Creatinine is a waste product excreted by the kidneys through urine. The American Kidney Foundation states that elevated creatinine levels can cause irreversible kidney damage. So if you are taking creatine monohydrate, titrate, citrate or any other type of creatine besides Kre-Alkalyn, beware.

Extending the Power of Kre-Alkalyn™ with M5 Extreme™
Even though Kre-Alkalyn™ is by far the safest and most effective form of creatine on the market, it takes more than just Kre-Alkalyn™ to develop what we like to call our “fourth generation” creatine product M5 Extreme™.

To further enhance the anabolic effect of M5 Extreme™, our research focused on a novel endogenous creatine co-factor called glycocyamine, which is the primary building block or (pre-cursor) to the body’s natural production of creatine. When you supplement your diet with creatine even with the most effective Kre-Alkalyn? form, there is a possibility you may be suppressing your natural production and therefore limiting your body’s anabolic potential. Therefore, by adding glycocyamine to our formula we were able to both maximize the anabolic effect of our supplemental creatine as well as the body’s natural production.

The third mechanism and possibly the most important, focuses on two new transport agents. Even if you have the best possible form of supplemental creatine and stimulate the body’s natural production, your product is “worthless” if it can’t be absorbed. Therefore, we maximized the absorption rate of our M5 Extreme™ by adding a novel and unique form of hydroxyisoleucine and potassium silica hydride in order to create a massive insulin spike, without adding sugar or dextrose, and to bypass the cellular membrane allowing large amounts of water to literally “flow” inside the cell resulting in a “steroid like” anabolic effect.

DAY 1, SUNDAY AUG 21

i took the 2 P6 pills right when i woke up. then had breakfast. 1 hour after breakfast (30 min before workout) i took the other 4 P6 pills along with 1 scoop M5 and 1 R3 pill. and immediately after my workout i took 1 more r3 pill and 1 more scoop m5

i took a full week off before starting this stack to make sure i was fresh and ready. today was back\trap day, the M5 was the worst tasting thing i have ever tasted. i almost threw up. tommorrow i think i will either taking it with another drink like green tea or add splenda to it. the R3 and P6 are pills so they dont have a taste. well i started off with dead lift and i increased it greatly. im not sure whether it was the week off or the supplements but instead of doing 135x6 i did 135x12. then later went on to do 145x10,8,6 and finaly 150x4. i was really inpressed. alot of pther exercises went up too but the deadlift was the most significant.

DAY 2 MONDAY AUG 22

today was a rest day so i only have to take the p6 and m5 in the morning. i took them both. i put the m5 in a casein shake and i couldnt taste a thing. :) i then went and did cardio outside for 30 minutes (low intensity). everything felt normal. nothing out of the ordinary. oh and i forgot to mention yesterday my stomach felt uneasy for about half of the day after taking the supps and working out. i think its from the supps but i feel fine today. ill let you know if i feel like this again on my next workout day.

DAY 3 TUE AUG 23

today was biceps\triceps\forearm day. i took all my supps. and today instead of putting the m5 in a shake i put it in my green tea with some splenda. it tasted pretty good untill the end wheer there was some undissolved m5. once again my gains were great. i started off with pull ups. i can normally only do 3 and today i did 6. so far this product is working great. i have not noticed any increase in sweating like the individuals using the cellucor cutting stack. thats pretty much all. im really excited to see what this product does to my squats tommorrow on leg day :)

DAY 4 WED AUG 24-LEG DAY

1 tryed the m5 in regular iced tea today and it tasted aweful. i had to chug it down. well i started with squats, last time i could do 110x10 and this time i did 135x6. an alright increase. about 3\4 through the workout i felt like ending it because it was pretty hot outside and just didnt feel like going through with it. i forgot to mention last time that i have been getting more sore the day after workouts than normal and it lasts for a few days. and also i have never felt my biceps sore before and they are today. i personaly really like this because i love being sore. thats about it. tommorrow is the first day of school so im not going to lift but ill still do cardio.

DAY 5 THUR AUG 25

As i said on day 4 i wont be working out today. i planned on doing cardio right after i got home from school today but i am so F'n soar on my legs i can barely walk. i tryed to think of some type of cardio that didnt use my legs that much so i swam laps in my pool for about 15 minutes and then jumped on the trampoline for about 2 minutes. thats pretty much it. later

DAY 6 FRI AUG 26 CHEST\SHOULDERS

once again like always my lifts increased, i could now do 2 more reps on my bench press. so far i am really inpressed with this product, i have not had anything wrong or any side effects with it and all my lifts have increased, i measured my legs and they have grown about 3\4 of an inch already after only 6 days. i havent measured any other body parts. the only down side so far is trying to find a way to mask the taste of the m5.
