I just wanted to know when you work your shoulders does it also work your back muscles? I do push ups then i go to shoulders. I was looking at my back and it looks very defined and i see the muscle definition.

Maybe it's bad form but I feel my lats burning when I'm doing military press and lowering the weight.

What exercises are you doing for your shoulders? Some exercises like front raises or rear lateral raise use upper back and traps for stabilization.

The third one is called overhead press.
Overhead presses, and raises work your trapezius, the diamond shaped muscle from your neck to your shoulders, down to between your shoulder blades.

Probably your serratus anterior. Will feel like your lower lats

Sorry it's not the over head press it's the exercise that works the back of you shoulders.
