i posted in the wrong section so i will continue my updates in this forum

1030am, i will be off to the gym for chest and abs
just woke up and took fierce on an empty stomach.
log wil lbe updated around 1230

1:13update

well just got back form the gym and car dealership
chest and abs worked today so far since taking fierce i have noticed i dont feel tiered, my muscles give up but my body still feels like going on.
so far i think the energy and endurence from fierce really seem to work.
pump- i felt really full while looking in the mirrors.
pump is suppose to last all day, will see how true that is when i get outta work at 9

bench presh
weight increase-
warup 135 rest for about 30 seconds between sets

concentrated reps till i couldnt do anymore
got some pics with my phone but they suck, workout bud couldnt comes so i had no camera to work with
