Sup guys, I had to end up cutting my Ergomax LMG cycle short after only 19 days due to extreme bloating. It was just totally affecting the way I looked, and I felt it wasn't worth it, so I ended it. I had told Robboe I would keep a log for my ActivaTe, and with this being my first, I will do the best I can with it. I realize the retail verison of ActivaTE will be made available in the next couple of weeks, so many of you may not be all that intrested in this beta version. Also, I'll be moving back to college at the end of the week, so I'll do my best to keep you guys updated with my PCT. That is, if anyone's even intrested to begin with.lol Anyway, I put on 8 pounds in the 19 days, and now that the bloating has subsided a good bit, I feel like that they are pretty much 8 clean pounds, but only time will tell.

Current Stats- I'm 5' 9", 178 pounds at around 16-17% bodyfat. I used to be 215 pounds at well over 36% b.f., so I've come a hell of a long way. What can I say, I've been blessed with horrible genetics. My initial goal on the cycle was to get to 185 pounds, but now, I'm looking to get to 180 pounds by the end of PCT. Edit: (I am looking to get up to 180; however, I also want to point out that I want to drop 2-3% in bodyfat in the process. Once I go back to college, we got a building where they take accurate body fat %'s. And I will post pics at the end of the 45 days.)

PCT Products:
Rebound XT- 1/2 a bottle that I began taking 4 days ago while I was still on-cycle. I tampered up on the dosage starting with 2 pills a day, and now I'm up to 4 a day. I will finish the bottle of RXT this Friday, and I will then began taking my full bottle of Novedex XT.

Novedex XT- 4 caps for days 1-4, then 3 caps for days 5-7. Then, I will tamper down to 2 caps for the next two weeks, and finally down to 1 cap for the final week.

ActivaTe- Full dosing for 45 days.
Hawthorne Berry- 1.5g a day for 4 weeks.
Fenugreek-2.44g a day for 4 weeks.
Z-Force-4 caps before bed.
Liv. 52-4 caps a day.
Omega Thunder CEE-8 caps before workout.

Other Supplements:
Vitamin C- 2g a day
Multi- 2 a day.
Fish Oil- 6 caps a day.
Sesathin- 1 dose a day.
Diet- I'll post my Macros on a daily basis. I'm shooting for 3200 cals on workout days, and 2600 cals on non workout days.

Workout Routine- Sunday (Chest/Triceps), Monday-Cardio, Tuesday-Legs/Shoulders, Wednesday-Off, Thursday-(AM Cardio) Back/Traps/Biceps, Friday-Cardio, Saturday-Repeat Routine

I work 6-8 sets on my small muscle groups and 12 on the major ones.

Any input is greatly appreciated, but remember guys, this is my first log, so go easy on me. Edit: (forgot to add the single dosing of Sesathin)

Monday, August 08- Took my Omega CEE this morning, and went and done cardio. 15 mins on the bike, and 16 mins on the treadmill. On the mill, I set the incline on 6.0 and done a interval workout. It was a decent cardio session, as I really hate doing cardio anyway. Thank God for Audioslave, and Chevelle. On a side note, sleep was horrible last night, as it took me almost an hour just to fall asleep, and I kept waking up in the middle of the night. At one point, I woke up, looked at the clock, and it was 5:00 am, so I went back to sleep, only to wake up later on and it was 3:00 am. Very strange. Also, my joints are really starting to ache from the RXT.

Joint ache doesn't suprise me. It may be worth dropping down to 3 caps per day if 4 are causing issue.

Not much happened today. Just went and done some grocery shopping, and began packing some of my things for when I move on Friday. Tomorrow is leg/shoulder day, so I will update after that workout.

Tuesday, Aug. 9-Well, I slept a hell of a lot better last night, as I was really tired from the previous day. I woke up this morning and ate a full meal. I then took my first round of supplements, and an hour and a half later took my Omega CEE. So, I went to the gym and worked out legs/shoulders. I had a pretty good workout, but towards the end of the workout, I really started to wear down mentally, instead of physically. Either way, I went up 5lbs on squats on each of my 3 sets of 15, 12, and 10 reps. I was still at the same weight on all 3 of my sets with the exercises of leg presses, leg curls, and lunges; however, I had to drop a plate on my last 2 sets of leg extensions. I also worked 7 sets for my calves. All my weight pretty much stayed the same for shoulders, but like with the leg extensions, I had to drop some weight on the last set, as I became fatigued. On the Ergomax, there is no such thing as becoming fatigued. I definitely miss that. But like I said, all in all it was a solid workout. As far as the PCT products goes, there is nothing really to report. No increase or decrease in libido, no new acne, as I had a couple of pimples from the Ergo, and no more light headaches, as that was associated with my blood pressure. My bloating has subsided about 70%, so I am definitely pleased with that. I'll post my macros later on tonight.

Day 4- Weight 177 lbs

Well, I decided to go ahead and weigh myself today, since a lot, but not all of the bloating has subsided. And much to my surprise, I have only lost 1 pound, which obviously, I do realize it is still early into PCT, but nonetheless, I'm still pleased. Acne is beginning to now really break out. I'm starting to break out on my face, back, and chest. It is expected, though. I'll be doing cardio sometime later on today with back/traps/biceps workout to follow tomorrow. Have a good day.

I don't know if it's the Novedex XT, ActivaTe, or a combination of all my PCT supplements kicking in, but today was the first day since ending my Ergomax cycle that I had that "pumped" feeling all day. Seriously, it feels like I am back on the Ergomax. Man, I hope this lasts, because the first 3 days, I felt kinda flat. I believe Cheezefacta had complained of the same thing once he finished up his cycle. Anyway, I'm working out Back/Traps/Biceps tomorrow, and feelin great.

Wide Grip Pullups- (1st set, 9 reps) (2nd set, 8 reps)
Close Grip Pulldowns- (1st/2nd sets, 10 reps) (3rd set, 9 reps)
One-Arm Dumbbell Rows- (1st set, 10 reps) (2nd/3rd sets, 8 reps)
Seated Pulley Rows-(1st/2nd sets, 7 reps) (3rd set, 5 reps)

BB Shrug- (1st set, 10 reps) (2nd set, 8 reps) (3rd set, 7 reps)
DB Shrug- (All 3 sets, 11 reps)
Upright Rows (2 sets, 7 reps)

Hammer Curls- (1st/2nd sets, 9 reps) (3rd set, 7 reps)
BB Curls- (3 sets, 7 reps)
Preacher Curl with DB's- (2 sets, 5 reps)

I supersetted my back with the trap exercises, so that way I would not stay in the gym for 2 hours. Besides from the fatigue I experience in the final sets of some of my exercises, it feels like I haven't even come off the Ergomax. The pumps are still there. Feels great! I have not experienced a major drop in strength or weight thus far. On a side note, I forgot to mention that my recovery time has also decreased. Tuesday was when I done my leg workout, and yesterday I was not even sore, which is why I decided to do cardio yesterday on my off day. Before the Ergomax, I would at least experience some soreness a day or two after my workouts, but so far nothing.

Well, I finally got moved and situated for school, so now I can get back to my normal routine in terms of working out. Anyway, I done cardio those 2 days. On day six, I done 13 mins of indoor track running, and then 10 mins on the bike. Yesterday, I went out for a 2 mile run. My diet was lacking these two days, I didn't get in near as many carbs or fat as I wanted to, however, I didn't cheat or eat any junk food.

Chest and Triceps- Today I had a pretty decent chest/tricep workout, as the pumps were still there and feelin good. The negative was, my weight dropped about five pounds on all major exercises, but like I stated in the previous post, my diet was lacking the past two days; however, I have reloaded today. I am still taking all of my supplements and I have tapered down on the Novedex XT from 4 a day, to now 3 a day. Tomorrow is when I tamper down to 2 a day for the next 2 weeks.

Flat Barbell Bench Press- 3 sets
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press- 3 sets
Incline Barbell Bench Press- 3 sets
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press- 3 sets
Incline Fly-2 sets
Flat Bench Fly- 2 sets

Barbell Lying Tricep extension- 3 sets
Tricep Kickback- 3 sets
Tricep pulldowns with Rope- 2 sets

Like I said, the workout felt great, but I lost some strength, so hopefully it was due to my poor diet the past 2 days in terms of lack of calories/carbs/fats.

Sup guys, I had to end up cutting my Ergomax LMG cycle short after only 19 days due to extreme bloating. It was just totally affecting the way I looked, and I felt it wasn't worth it, so I ended it.

This is the biggest complaint I have with the E...Max LMG. I feel like a BIG fat fat cow 'cause I'm so bloated all the time! Actually I feel pregnant. That's the best way to describe it. Great gains, great strength, but damn, I swear the bloat is accounting for like 5lbs on the scale!

How's the bloat now that you've started into your PCT?

Within like the first 3 days of PCT about 70% of the bloat was gone, and now that I'm on day 9 it is totally gone. I just had my student i.d. made about an hour ago, and just by looking at the pic, I can honestly say it's all gone.lol In all, it took a good week for my face to go back to normal. That is where I definitely bloated the most.

AM Cardio/Abs- Well, I got up this morning, and for the first time in almost a month, I was sore. My triceps are really sore, but my chest not so much. I ran just under a 7 minute mile on the indoor track, and then hit the treadmill for some incline interval running for 12 minutes. I then worked out upper and lower abs, doing 6 sets for each. Today was also the first day of school and however accurate my pedometer is, it says I walked over 2 miles around campus today. I don't count that as my cardio, though.lol Tomorrow morning is legs/shoulders. Can't wait! Also, I will be weighing in this Saturday morning, so I've got my fingers crossed.

AM Workout -Legs/Shoulders

Squats-Back down 5 lbs, but stayed at same weight for all 3 sets.
Leg Presses- Same exact weight for all 3 sets of 9, 7, and 5 reps. This I like, because I haven't lost any strength in this exercise.

Leg Extensions- Same weight for 1st two sets, and had to drop a plate for the final set. Reps were 12, 10, 8

Leg Curls- This weight was different from the previous gym I had been working out at, so I'm not too sure. 3 sets, reps of 15, 12, and 10.

Calf Raises- 3 sets for 12 reps each
Calf Raises off a box- 3 sets for 8 reps each. These were done on a Smith Machine. I don't believe that is the proper title for the exercise, but oh well.

Barbell Military Presses- 2 sets. 1st set, 9 reps. 2nd set, 8 reps. The weight has pretty much been constant with this exercise.

Dumbbell Shoulder Press- I actually had to go down five pounds on the dumbbells with this exercise. 2 sets, 9 reps each.

Lateral Raises- Same freakin weight as always. I can't go up five pounds, because I have to swing to get the weight up, so what's the point in that. 3 sets, 10 reps each.

Front Raises- Same weight. Sets 1 and 2, 10 reps. 3rd set, 9 reps.

Well, overall, I guess the workout went well; although, I really didn't feel it today. I'm still gettin use to working out at 6:30 am, which I was not use to, but its coming along. I was thinking of doing some cardio later on tonight around 8:30 or so, but I'm still undecided. Anyway, I will definitely do cardio tomorrow morning.

I'm exactly 4 weeks into it, running E...Max LMG at 20 mg and Max LMG at 75 mg. More than likely I'll go for another 2 weeks and then jump into my PCT using Ultra Hotter and ZMA. Results have been insane so far to say the least, and I'll type up a detailed summary log for everyone when I'm through!

Yesterday, all I done was some AM cardio. I ran a mile and a half on the indoor track, and then hit up the treadmill for interval incline running. I ran for 13 minutes on the treadmill.

Today was just an off day for me, as I really needed it, but tomorrow will be what I like to call a "two a day." I will be doing AM cardio along with abs, and then in the evening its back/traps/biceps. Should be very fun. Thus far my libido has remained constant, which is very good, and aside from a little facial acne and even more body acne, PCT is going pretty well so far. But I have been getting a few pimples on my back, arms, chests, and even one on my neck. It's not so bad, though.

AM Cardio- Completed the mile run in 6:52. I then hopped on the Elliptical trainer for the first time ever for a cardio session of 15 mins. Once again, I was drenched in sweat. For some reason, ever since the Ergomax cycle, I have been sweating like a fat hog. Today when I worked out Back/Traps/Biceps, after my workout it looked as though I had done a cardio session.

Back/Traps/Biceps
One-arm Dumbbell Rows- I actually went up 5 pounds in this exercise. (All 3 sets, 9 reps)

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns- (3 sets, 12 reps)
Bent Over Barbell Rows- (1st and 2nd sets, 9 reps. 3rd set, 8 reps)
Seated Pulley Row- (2 sets, 8 reps)

DB Shrug- (3 sets, 10 reps)
BB Shrug- (1st and 2nd sets, 9 reps. (3rd set, 8 reps)

BB Curl- (1st set, 9 reps) (2nd set, 8 reps) (3rd set, 7 reps)
Hammer Curl- (1st set, 7 reps) (2nd set, 7 reps, but I had to drop down 5 lbs on the DB's) (3rd set, 6 reps)

The pumps were incredible during this workout, as I felt well rested and great. My strength has remained constant almost 2 weeks into PCT, which definitely pleases me; however, I tend to really wear down towards the end of the workouts, but that is expected as I'm obviously not on the Ergomax anymore. Tomorrow is Chest/Triceps, so I'm really looking forward to that.

Wow, 2 weeks of PCT officially completed! Anyway, this morning was cardio, and this evening I worked out Chest/Triceps.

AM Cardio- I ran 1 mile on the treadmill to sort of warmup, and then I did 13 mins of incline interval running, except this time, I upped the intensity on each interval from what I usually do. I have never been a big runner. In fact, I've always hated cardio, in less it involved playing basketball or football, but ever since I started PCT, I've sort of got into a cardio kick, but I have definitely built up my stamina in this department.

Evening Workout- Chest/Triceps

BB Flat Bench Press- (2 sets, 5 reps) I've gone done 5 lbs in this exercise since coming off cycle, so considering how horrible my diet was this past week in terms of lack of carbs and fat, I'm not disappointed.

DB Flat Bench- (2 sets, 5 reps) I've lost 2 reps on this exercise with this weight.

Incline BB Press- (2 sets, 5 reps) Once again, I've also gone down 5 lbs, and my partner had to help me get the 5th rep on both sets.

DB Incline Press- (2 sets, 5 reps) Well, my stamina really goes to **** right about now, so I had to go 5 lbs less on the DB's than when I was on cycle; however, I feel if I had started with this exercise, then I could have used my regular 70 lbs DB's.

Flat Bench Fly's- (2 sets, 8 reps) Not a problem, and I didn't lose any strength.

Incline Bench Fly's- (2 sets, 7 reps) Once again, no strength loss.

Tricep Rope Pulldown- (3 sets, 10 reps)
Tricep DB Kickbacks- (2 sets, 12 reps)
Straightbar Standing Tricep Extensions- (3 sets, 9 reps)

The pumps are still great, but the muscle fullness has definitely gone down. On a side note, I just started taking my 2X a day doses of Sesathin, as I had left it back at my old house, so I will continue that till the bottle is finished. It should last like 3 weeks or so. Tomorrow morning I am working out legs/shoulder, and then I will definitely take Monday and Tuesday off from weightlifting, and most likely Wednesday. We'll see, though.

Day 15- Well, I didn't post yesterday, because it was my mother's birthday, so I was busy with family; however, of course, I did manage to get the legs/shoulders workout in. Also, yesterday I finished my first bottle of ActivaTe. I would like to thank Robboe and the DS crew for putting an extra cap in my beta bottle.lol So far ActivaTe has been a very solid product, and I look forward to the next 30 days of it. Well, I got 2 huge pimples on my back, and a couple of small ones on my chest. The face has been pretty clear, with the exception of one or two, here and there. My mood throughout has been good. No aggression whatsoever.

Squats- (3 sets, 9 reps) I went a little heavier today with these as opposed to the last leg workout.

Leg Press- (1st set, 9 reps) (2nd set, 7 reps) (3rd set, 5 reps) I increased the weight on each set. I'm still around the same strength as I was on cycle.

Leg Extension- (1st and 2nd sets, 11 reps) (3rd set, 9 reps) Well, I stayed with the same weight on all 3 sets, but by now I'm really starting to fatigue, which is why I fell off 2 reps on the last set.

Leg Curl- (1st set, 15 reps) (2nd set, 13 reps) (3rd set, 10 reps) I increased the weight on each set. Still in the same strength range.

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts with DB's- (2 sets, 12 reps)

Single leg calf raises with body weight- (1st and 2nd sets, 18 reps) (3rd set, 17 reps) (4th set, 15 reps)

Weighted calf raises- (3 sets, 10 reps)

DB Shoulder Press- (5 sets, 5 reps) Hit all of em! Still at the same weight, which pleases me.

Standing Lateral Raises- (1st and 2nd sets, 15 reps) (3rd set, 13 reps) I worked with the same weight on all 3 sets. I just fell off 2 reps on the last set.

Bent Over Front Raises- (3 sets, 8 reps)

Overall, I thought it was a pretty productive workout. Monday is cardio.

Earlier this morning was just a good ole cardio routine. Done a little over 23 mins of cardio and was feeling really great. Tomorrow in jogging class I believe we are going to be timed in the mile run, so I'll see what I can spit out. I'm guessing somewhere in the 6:40-6:50 range, which isn't all that impressive, but I'm working on it. We'll see, though. I'm out, and have a nice day!

Edit: I forgot to mention that I left my damn Sesathin back at home, again, so for the next 2 weeks, I'll be off the Sesathin. I'm an idiot.

Well, just got back from jogging class, and we did not run the timed mile today. Instead, it is this Thursday, so I look forward to it. Anyway, in class today, I ran for about 14 mins non-stop around the indoor track at a pretty good pace. I then toned it down and just kept a slow jogging pace for around the next 5 mins or so. We then proceed to a 4 min cool down with just some walking. I will probably go ahead and knock out Back/Traps/Biceps tomorrow morning, since I will be doing that mile run on Thurs. Yesterday afternoon and into the evening, I had a terrible headache, which turned into a light fever of 100.3, so I felt pretty ****ty yesterday, but today I feel just fine. Just thought I would share that.

Well, this morning I ran the timed mile, and I ran it in 6:17, which I thought wasn't too bad. That was a personal best, by the way. I felt pretty good throughout the run, but I wish I had taken some sort of stimulate prior to the run for a little boost of energy, but oh well. All I had was my breakfast from a couple of hours earlier, and my Thunder, which was taken 40 mins prior to running. I'm gonna try and go workout back/traps/biceps later on tonight, but we we'll see. If not though, then I will definitely get the workout in very early tomorrow morning. I guess that's it for now, later!

PM- Back/traps/biceps

Tonight I was a little pressed for time, and I usually take 2 mins rest in between sets, but tonight it was only a minute for rest, which was a change of pace, so I kind of liked it. But I think the lack of rest time in between sets is why I kind of fatigued a little faster tonight, but who knows. Either way, the pumps were incredible.

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns- (3 sets, 9 reps) Went one plate higher than last workout

Single Arm DB Rows- (1st set, 10 reps) (2nd set, 9 reps) (3rd set, 8 reps) Stayed at the same weight on all 3 sets, but was down 5 pounds from last workout.

Close Grip Reverse Pulldowns- (3 sets, 10 reps)

DB Shrugs- (3 sets, 10 reps) Stayed at the same weight.
Curl Bar Shrugs- (3 sets, 12 reps) This was the first time I had used the curl bar to do shrugs instead of the Barbell.

BB Curls- (1st set, 6 reps) (2nd and 3rd sets, 5 reps) I went down 5 pounds in this exercise, and by this time, I was feeling very fatigued.

Hammer Curls- (1st and 2nd sets, 7 reps) (3rd set, 5 reps) Stayed at the same weight, but once again, feeling very fatiuged.

Curl Bar Curls- (3 sets, 5 reps)

PM Cardio- This evening I just done 25 mins of cardio with a combination of track/treadmill/elliptical work, and then I done 7 sets of abs. I was definitely drained from the lack of sleep I got last night, as it was barely 3 hrs, but I managed to get through the cardio session with no stimulates as usual. I need some E/C, but money is really tight right now, so I'll just have to tough it out for the next couple of weeks or so. Tomorrow will be Chest/Triceps, and I look forward to that. Later.

Chest/Triceps- Today was a pretty solid workout, but I fell off a little in weight with my incline BB bench press, and incline DB press, but I feel this is due to fatiguing towards the end of my workout.

Flat BB Bench Press- (1st set, 7 reps) (2nd set, 5 reps) I went 5lbs lighter on the 1st set just to get the extra 2 reps, and then nailed my usual weight on the 2nd set.

Flat DB Bench Press- (2 sets, 7 reps) I also went down 5lbs on these DB's to squeeze out the extra couple of reps.

Incline BB Press- (2 sets, 5 reps) Lost 5 lbs as stated above.
Incline DB Press- (2 sets, 7 reps)

Flat Bench Fly- ( 2 sets, 8 reps) Same weight.
Incline Bench Fly- (2 sets, 7 reps) Same weight.

Rope Pulldowns- (1st set, 15 reps) (2nd set, 13 reps) (3rd set, 9 reps) I increased the weight each set.

Straight Bar Close Grip Pushdowns- (1st set, 15 reps) (2nd set, 12 reps) (3rd set, 10 reps) I also went up in weight on each set.

The ActivaTe is still producing great pumps, but my stamina has returned to mortal proportions. Well, tomorrow is just a regular old cardio day. Oh well, we will see how things turn out, as I am going into the final week of PCT. I probably have enough Activate and Omega Thunder to last until about the 34th day or so.

AM Carido- I completed 24 minutes of cardio a little eariler this morning, and then I followed it up with 8 sets of abs. I am still kinda sore from Thursday's Back/Traps/Bicep workout, and my chest is sore from yesterday's workout. The the little bit of acne I had on my face is gone, and the body acne has subsided a lot. I just have 8 more days of PCT, followed by another week of the ActivaTe and Thunder, so this PCT is winding down pretty quickly. Today is the last day for my 2X a day dosing of the Novedex XT, and starting tomorrow, it is just a pill a day for the remaining 7 days. I will keep my fingers crossed and weigh myself this Saturday morning. I know with the increased cardio I've done during this PCT, that I've lost weight, but at the same time, I have definitely lost notable bodyfat. Early tomorrow morning will be Legs/Shoulders. Ya'll have a great Sunday, and enjoy!

Legs/Shoulders- Earlier this morning I completed my legs/shoulders workout, and I think I am now finally getting use to working out in the early AM. I just felt a lot better in the gym and I am know familiar with my new surroundings as well, so I feel a heck of lot more comfortable. I am hella sore from Saturday's chest/tricep workout. Well, at least my chest is. Tonight I will be taking only 1 pill of the Novedex XT, as I have finally tampered down to this dose.

Squats- (1st and 2nd sets, 12 reps) (3rd set, 10 reps) Went back to my usual weight on these, so I could get a higher range of reps. I stayed at the same weight for all 3 sets.

Leg Press- (1st set, 8 reps) (2nd set, 6 reps) (3rd set, 5 reps) I went up slightly in weight for the second and third sets.

Leg Extensions- (1st and 2nd sets, 12 reps) (1st and 2nd sets, 10 reps) I done 2 sets on one leg extension machine, and then I moved to another one for the other two sets, which is at a different angle.

Leg Curl- (All 3 sets, 17 reps)
Seated Toe Raises- (1st set, 10 reps) (2nd set, 8 reps) (3rd set, 6 reps) I increased the weight to go heavier on each set.

Standing Toe Raises with DB's- (3 sets, 15 reps)

DB Shoulder Presses- (3 sets, 8 reps)
Seated Lateral Raises- (3 sets, 9 reps)
Bent Over Lateral Raises for rear delts- (3 sets, 10 reps)
Machine Shoulder Presses- (2 sets, 5 reps)

Tomorrow morning will just be a cardio/abs day, so of course, I look forward to it.

AM Cardio- This morning I had good ole jogging class, where I ran around a mile and a half or so. We then worked out Abs for like 4 mins of non-stop exercising. I then took about a 5 min break, and then went down and ran for 13 mins of incline running on the treadmill. Today I run out of Fenugreek, so that will be 4 less pills I have to take starting tomorrow, which is definitely a good thing. Once I have completed everything for PCT, the only supplements I will be taking are my Multi and Vitamin C. I'll get back on some sort of Creatine product later on this fall when I get some extra cash, but I promise you, I will never take an Anabolic again the rest of my life. I'm through with them. I guess it just takes certain things in life to make you realize that they just are not worth the potential risks and I'm just at that point where I realized that. Tomorrow morning is Back/Traps/Biceps. Hope ya'll have a great day!

AM Back/Traps/Biceps-Wow, this morning I was finding it very difficult to get motivated to go to the gym. When I woke up, I really didn't feel like going, but I still had my shake that I usually have before workouts. I then sat around comtemplating whether or not to go, so I finally just took my Omega Thunder, which left me no choice but to go to the gym. Once I got in there, it was business as usual.

Single Arm DB Rows- (1st and 2nd sets, 9 reps) (3rd set, 8 reps) Well, I guess since I started off with this exercise was the reason that I was back at my normal weight from the Ergo cycle, which was nice.

Reverse Close Grip Pulldowns- (All 3 sets, 9 reps) I love these.
Machine Seated Rows- (All 3 sets, 8 reps) This was a new exercise for me.

BB Shrugs- (1st set, 12 reps) (2nd and 3rd sets, 10 reps) I went up in weight by 10 lbs for those last 2 sets.

DB Shrugs- (1st and 2nd sets, 12 reps) (3rd set, 11 reps)

BB Curls- (1st and 2nd sets, 7 reps) (3rd set, 6 reps)
DB Hammer Curls- (1st and 2nd sets, 6 reps) (3rd set, 5 reps)
Preacher Curls- (1st and 2nd sets, 6 reps) (3rd set, 10 reps) I dropped 10 lbs of weight in order to concentrate and hammer out an extra 4 reps.

Well, so far, I haven't lost much strength on any of my major excerises. It has been like a rep or two, which has been great; however, I have lost size and thickness, but at the same time, I have dropped some bodyfat. I think the biggest thing thus far, has been the stamina issue. Just losing strength as the workout goes on, which is why I always switch up which exercises I do at the beginning of each workout. Tomorrow is just some cardio. PCT is really winding down.

Nice log 40. I haven't seen many pct logs, so it's good to finally have one being done.

AM Cardio- Ah, cardio once again! My stamina has definitely been rising throughout this log. Whether it is interval running or long distance, I'm really starting to bulid some serious endurance. I just finished my 2nd bottle of ActivaTe, and I will now begin my 3rd and final bottle later on this afternoon. My biceps are a little sore from yesterday's workout, and also my traps, but not nearly as bad as they were last week. In terms of sides, everything seems to be going well. Like my sex drive, mood, blood pressure, acne, and ect. Well, I'm already done with classes for today, however I've got some majoring studying to do for a huge exam tomorrow. Even though I prepare myself for these things I'm always nervous going into them. Maybe I lack the confidence. Anyway, Chest/Triceps tomorrow evening. Later.

PM Chest/Triceps- Well, I had a little change of plans, as I went ahead and worked out chest and tri's tonight. It was a pretty damn good workout.

BB Bench Press- (5 sets, 5 reps) The first 3 sets, I nailed all of my reps, but I had to drop 5 pounds on the last 2 sets. No big deal, though.

BB Incline Bench Press- (5 sets, 5 reps) Overall, I dropped 5 pounds, however I was able to stay at the same weight for all 5 sets.

DB Flat Bench- (1st and 2nd sets, 8 reps) (3rd set, 7 reps) All was good here, as I only lost 1 rep at the end.

Pec Dec Machine- (3 sets, 12 reps)

Straight Bar Tricep Pushdown- (1st set, 15 reps) (2nd set, 13 reps) (3rd set, 10 reps) I increased the weight each set.

Skull Crushers- (3 sets, 12 reps)

I was definitely pleased with tonight's workout, and I had great pumps from the ActivaTe. I believe the ActivaTe has had a lot to do with me keeping 80% of my gains in strength thus far. This is a very solid product. Tomorrow evening I will do cardio. Good night!

PM Cardio- Well, I busted my ass tonight with my cardio, as I ran a 4 minute warm-up, and then hit the incline interval sprints, in which I increased the speed on each interval. When all was said and done, I completed a little over 24 minutes of running, so I was satisfied with that. This evening I added 1 new supplement to my regimen, which was Lipo 6. I hadn't ordered from BB.com in a while, so Ryan sent me one of those 10% off coupons, and I decided to use it on the Lipo, which covered the shipping costs. Every little bit counts, so thanks Ryan. I took 2 pills of Lipo 45 mins before my cardio. It was my first time taking it, but I do felt it gave me a little extra energy for my running, however it could have been placebo. I know it did not make me jittery at all. Also, I began taking my Sesathin once again. Hopefully, I won't forget it, again! I took 2 doses of that this evening, spaced 5 hrs apart. I believe I have like a little over half the bottle left, so at 2 doses a day, that should last like 3 weeks or so. I have finished up my Hawthorne Berry, so that is 3 more pills I no longer have to take during the day! Tomorrow is Legs/Shoulders.

Day 28- Legs/Shoulders

Squats- (3 sets, 9 reps)
Leg Press- (1st set, 12 reps) (2nd set, 10 reps) (3rd set, 7 reps) I increased the weight by 20 pounds on each set.

Leg Extension- (3 sets, 12 reps)
Leg Curl- (3 sets, 10 reps)
Single Leg Calf Raise- (3 sets, 20 reps)
Seated Calf Raise- (3 sets, 12 reps)

DB Shoulder Press- (1st and 2nd sets, 8 reps) (3rd set, 7 reps)
Lateral Raises- (3 sets, 12 reps)
Military Press- (1st set, 12 reps) (2nd set, 11 reps) (3rd set, 10 reps) I stayed at the same weight, but fatigue definitely set in.

Bent Over Lateral Raises for Rear Delts- (3 sets, 12 reps)

The workout went okay, as I felt like I was mentally in it throughout. Tomorrow morning I will weigh in and see where I stand in that department.

Did you change the title of your thread? For a sec, I thought we now had two PCT logs.

Keep up the good work, 40, you're almost there. How do you feel overall and what do you have planned now that you're finished with pct?

Naw dude, the title of the thread has been the same throughout. I believe BigAU also has a PCT log. Overall, I feel pretty darn good. I don't have the look of muscle fullness that I had when I was on cycle, but I've kept like 75-80% of strength gains. Well, as far as what is next, I think that I have 6-7 more days of ActivaTe and Thunder left, so I'll finish those 2 off. I was thinking of ordering some Green Bulge and continuing the log, but a lot of people are doing Green Bulge logs, so I'm not sure if I'll go with that or not. Any suggestions as to a CEE type of product? Of course I'm gonna continue to take Lipo, which I just started a couple of days ago. I'm already liking the Lipo as far as energy is concerned, but we will see how it does with fat loss.

Weight-174 pounds

Well, I kept exactly 50% of weight gain during PCT despite the fact that I was hitting cardio 5 times a week, and 4 days a week I was on a 300-500 calorie deficit. I was a bit worried that I was gonna weigh like 170 pounds, because of the amount of fat I have loss, but obviously that wasn't the case. Friday, I seen a buddy of mine that I hadn't seen in about 3 1/2 weeks, and granted the last time he seen me, I was a bit bloated, he commented that I definitely looked a lot leaner than I was, and I definitely agree. I still plan on posting pics around the 45th-50th day, but I still want to lose a little more fat around the midsection. I wanted to go with Green Bulge, but a lot of people are doing logs on it, so can anyone recommend another product I can try once I'm done with my Omega, which is in about a week?

Thanks dude, I appreciate your comments. Yeah, I think you should definitely look into ActivaTe. I'm not sure when the final version will be available, though.

PM Cardio- Well, this evening I definitely was not feeling in the mood to go to the gym and complete my cardio, however, I took 2 tabs of Lipo and it energized me just enough to go. Also, today was my last day of Novedex XT, so now I've just got 2 more days left of Liv.52, and about 5 days left of ActivaTe for PCT to be officially complete. With the success that Dtrain and many other folks have had with Green Bulge, I've decided to go with that product as my next creatine supplement. I guess I will keep a log of it, I just have to finish up my ActivaTe and Thunder first, so I'll probably start the Green Bulge log a week from tonight.

Well, today I worked out Back/Traps/Biceps, and I had a decent workout. It was nothing out of the ordinary, but okay. This weekend I didn't have too many carbs, and Friday I started the Sesathin, so I was lookin and feelin a little flatter than I was before. At least this time I did not forget the Sesathin though. I'm still gonna start the Green Bulge log next week, so I guess I'll post my pics in that log, but I really wish I had some before pics of my fat ass so you guys could see how far along I have come. Basically, if you can imagine, I was very comparable to Skelooth's before pics. I like to say I have the Self-Proclaimed World's Slowest Metabolism. When I read his logs I know exactly what he is feelin and going through. But anyway, I guess that pretty much sums up this log. No more anabolics for me! Take care guys.
