Critique this video of squat form.

I found this simulation a few minutes ago. Scroll down a bit to see the 3D figure do a continuous squat. Does this look right to you? It seems to me the figure's making the same mistake I was--squatting down instead of back. There's almost no arch in his back, either. Am I wrong?

Looks to be a good squat, the form is good, he's keeping his back streight but....... no tom platz though =P

cool, i found that page earlier today - was it a link form some thread?

the form does look a bit odd. The knees are coming out really far, and hes not even going very deep

but then i dunno **** all about squatting
