So, we have this great tool to log previous workouts... Maybe I haven't played with it long enough, but here's what I think it could use.:

1) I can create a workout, but I can only enter it into the calendar after I've done it. I have to keep track myself of which day needs which workout from which routine on my own using my calender, daytimer, or notebook. It would be nice to enter in future workouts, then I can go in and edit them after the fact.

2) How about a way to create a routine? then I can switch which routine I am on at any given time and I can have multiple workouts be part of a specific weekly routine. It could auto populate the calendar with that days specific workout based on how long I tell it I want to use that routine. As it works now, I have to create a workout for each day in the routine I want, and name that Workout according to the day and Routine name. Then I have to add that workout to each day I want ( again, only after i've done the workout) , for the duration of that routine. With a routine, everyone could see what my routine is, which makes more logical sense than what workout i'm doing, and they and I could see which day I do which workout in my routine.

3) When entering a workout, it would be great to edit the fields in a datasheet ala Microsoft Excel, rather than having to click a row, click edit, enter it in, click save, then move on. This is very very tiresome when adding 15+ sets in, and especially so when entering in more than one workout. Entering in everything at once by just tabbing through and typing the numbers would be so much easier.

4) I'd also like some templates to print this routine and/ or workout off to my printer, mainly so that I can take that day's workout with me to the gym, instead of having to create it in Excel ( or with my very messy handwriting ) and keep multiple files or sheets depending on the routine.

Yeah, I am just a little peaved that I can't go back & add to the workout I started on, so my stats won't be actually correct.

I am fortunate to have a worksheet my gym gives me & I can put all my info in Workout Tracker later. You can also make a spreadsheet for yourself with Excel.

There is no spot for cardio workouts. Like I said, in the meantime, I just keep in in the Notes part. Otherwise I like the idea of the Tracker.

maybe a little over the top, but I have a binder in which I keep all information about my workouts, diet & progress. If he site were ever to go down I have everything.
