Is it a bodypart that is being stubborn?
The shows that you enter?
A lack of drive or dedication to ge to that next level?
What is missing?
what are you doing to get it done
for me its my legs, I'm 6'2 so my legs and my triceps have always been a problem so now i do legs damn near twice a week with reps ranging from 5-80 and i murder my tri's and also my injuries, but i still force myself to work through them or around them cause i want to get to the next level .
So go ahead what is it for you

nothing
I've accomplished every goal I've set forth thus far, the next step is inevitable. I need to work to get there, but nothing is holding me back.

Right now I want to do a show but Florida seems the be the worst state for Natural shows. I am going this weekend to an NGA show and see how it is run.
I agree with you on the height...my legs take a beating every week and grow slow...its still fun to destroy each bodypart into submission....
For now the only thing holding me back is getting a good coach and finding a show to do...I have all the rest of the needs..desire, time, money, health...

Nothing will hold me back either, just perhaps delay me...
Having more money, more size (especially in the legs and mid back thickness) and more ab seperation would be nice. But they're not going to be delivered to me. It'll just take some more hard work; nothing I'm not used to. :)

being 6'1 I'm blessed in that i have big legs...but I've got narrow clavicles and I have a hard time getting width, I'm doing everything I can to get my chest, medial delts, and lats to grow...but it takes time...we'll find out how I did in 09...that and keeping muscle while dieting down...I'll do whatever i have to do to get into condition...now I just have to hold onto the muscle while doing that, just means dieting longer and starting leaner
