This past few days I've had such horrible pains in my left chest, just under my breastbone. I lifted REALLY heavy on monday and that night i started to feel the pains.
i've also had some really bad stomach cramps along with the chest pain.

I've been waking up in the middle of the night with such EXTREME pain, standing or laying does'nt help, I finally got up and took Ibuprofen and it finally started to go away.

But now today I have the upset stomach cramps again and I'm afraid that the chest pain is going to come back.

It feels also like heartburn but really bad along with acid in my stomach.
Last night I could feel the pain go up my arm

I went to the drugstore and got some Pepcid complete... Hope this helps

Does anyone have symptoms like mine?

You need to go to a doctor and get checked out. It's unlikely heart related, but you need to hear that. More than likely you have a hiatal hernia that gives you the chest pain when acid backs up into your esophagus. Strenuous exercise can stimulate the gut and produce more acid, so you need to pay attention to your diet and what triggers it. Things like IBS can cause pain the the left shoulder that can be felt down the arm. It's crazy, but one body part is liked to another. But go to a doc and start figuring out your diet triggers.

Go see a doctor immediately.

What ever is going on doesn't sound good. Don't ignore it.
